Breakfast was good. not great. Coffee was out early, which I love, and because of that, i will be back

The breakfast does not stack up to other places I stayed on my trip, they didn’t have scrambled eggs or turkey sausage.

The rooms were very good, beds were comfortable.

The property was nice and convenient

They overbooked and apparently that’s my problem not theirs. Not only did I have this reserved a couple weeks in advance, I got there and didn’t even get what I had reserved. Then she went on to tell me that she was upgrading me because they had overbooked, however, the upgrade was definitely not an upgrade and it was super frustrating. If you get a king bed, there is a reason you want a king bed, upgrading me to a queen bed is simply not an upgrade. This was a very special occasion for us and to be told we’re getting a double queen room is super frustrating.

The room and bathroom were a good size. The location was convenient and there were enough breakfast options. The blackout shade on the window was great.

The room was next to the ice maker which was pretty loud. The people on the floor above were really loud and we could hear every flush of the toilet and when the shower was on above us. The pool was closed which we weren't told until we saw a sign on the door that it was closed for maintenance. The guide on the TV was not correct for any shows.

The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were very nice and neat inside!

For a quick trip this was a perfect location
