Fresh apt, clean pool (1,4m), and helpful staff - all you need for a quality relaxation

Location is okey, around 15 minutes walk to visby.

It was dirty when we arrived. Most things in the apartment was broken, for example the stove, oven, both the curtains and the dish washer. We arrived on a Saturday and we called to complain but there was no one to reach. Both us and booking.com customer service emailed and called for 4 days but no one answered. Neither was there any staff at the hotel to talk to. The pool is okey (smaller then it looks and not deep), but they close it at 17.00 even though it was full of people at that time every day. They also have some problems with ants, our kitchen was full of it. One of the worst hotel I have stayed in in sweden, and for the price they charged us i would recommend to never book this place.

Very friendly and kind staff. Swimming pool is not super big but clean and good to play with kids. Functional room with enough space.

Would be better to have little more amenities and equipment in the bath room and the kitchen (shampoo/conditioner, pan, hair dryer). We were aware of it so no problem, but maybe good to know that the hotel is not very close to the old town. But you can walk there, and if you have a car many supermarkets are also in a close distance.
