Internet connection was very poor.

Great location, the lift was excellent, much natural light and fresh air

We were running late, and It was a corner apartment and the house number wasn't shown, however the lady was good enough to wait 2 hours for us! very considerate!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful French building, comfortable bed, decent shower, easy access without the need to see anyone or provide any unnecessary documents/credit cards etc. Room and kitchen were clean and staff were visibly cleaning the spaces in the building every morning. I liked it so much that I extended my stay by one day and this was dealt with by text message within minutes. I visited a local Hostel bar and the visitors there were paying nearly the same amount for a bunk bed in a dorm.

Only feedback would be that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was almost empty

Real room and apartment do not match pictures on site, which was very deceiving. Check out at 10h its ridiculous, and makes guests walk around many hours with bags Option to store bags after check out not available.

Lovely accommodation, great location, lots of facilities locally- supermarkets and restaurants and lots to see. Close to the medieval town. Plenty of hot water. Quiet location at night considering it's location.

Lack of utensils- cutlery for instance -sharp knives for prepping dinner, cutting bread) and a chopping board.

Superb location, easy to follow instructions to gain access without ever meeting any staff. Fancy shower. Sensibly sized apartment.

Apartment was too hot with air conditioning either broken or just not up to scratch. I definitely got it switched on but it made little difference to room temp.

Quiet and in a reasonable location, although the street was a little scruffy.

Confused about gaining entrance to the property. In all fairness, the contact I had on Messenger was very responsive and helpful.

Very easy access, all details were sent via WhatsApp and it was detailed enough to manage without the need for staff to be present. The location itself is a stone's throw away from the Airport Shuttle bus stop. It's also very central to all of the shops, buildings to see and food and drink. Everything is within walking distance. The building is beautiful, clearly an old building turned accommodation, high ceilings, lovely decor and the entryway is amazing.

Nothing, it did get a little hot in the evening but that is to be expected being close to the Mediterranean. Maybe some AC but the fan provided did cut through the heat.

This could be a high quality apartment with some investment, it has a decent location near the train station.

The accommodation served our purpose for one night

There was a lot of noise from the street in the early hours of the morning. No sound proof windows. Too many stairs with no elevator. Very dark and dingy as you open the door from the street - needs more light

Shabby, but not chic. Everything done as cheaply as possible, peeling paint, 2 burner hob. single bedside light for a double bed. Irritating joining instructions saying we weren’t allowed to jump on the bed, and had to sit down to rinse in a bath, and that we’d be charged if we even slightly late checking out.

Location close to the station, restaurants and cafes. Very clean and quiet.

Location was good only about 400m from the train station. Short walk to shops and main square. Prob half a mile from the castle.

The bed, pillows uncomfortable, room smelled like old smoke, staircase dark arnd difficult with luggage.

Central location, 5 minute walk from train. Decent size.

Incredibly noisy!! All night drink shop right outside the window, cars stopped all night long, people talking, yelling, etc... Small kitchen was not really usable. No basics to cook with other than pan and pot -- no oil, no knives or cutting board, etc...
