Nice location in quieter area of Protaras with good restaurants (especially Kafkaros across the road) and easy walks to excellent beaches. Appropriate sized property for couples - the pool is smaller than average but is in good condition and clean - great for cooling off after a day in the hot sun! Altogether a lovely stay and we hope to return.

Very clean and nice holiday home, everything we needed was there. All airco’s worked very well, and the neighbourhood is very good with al it’s supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Ayia Napa only 10min drive. The home owner even arranged a late checkout for us we could leave straight to the airport. I had a good holiday!

Villa itself was perfect however the road it's on is quite busy/noisy. The air con wasn't working in one of the rooms and despite someone coming around to fix it, we couldn't get it to work, a large fan was provided very quickly. We walked into Protaras one evening it took a good 40 mins, so maybe a car would be handy or get a taxi which was very easy to do and only cost 10 euros. Ravioli’s Restaurant which is top of the hill (10-15 minute walk) was lovely, great food and there are many good restaurants both in Protaras and Pernera. Overall we had a great holiday. The whole booking process was very simple and John answered all the questions we had.

When we arrived on 28th October we were very happy with the Villa spotless everything was as it was advertised. Restaurant opposite and a 5 min walk up hill to the right there is a sport's bar and a fantastic restaurant called Ravallonis the food is stunning. Try seafood linguine best iv ever tasted and great rib eye steaks .There is a bus stop opposite sports bar and a further on left off villa 5 mins walk. Use the buses every 15 mins and run until early hours and the price is 1.5 euro everywhere on 101 and 102. After 9pm goes up to 2.5 euros excellent value. Protaras town is 10 mins on bus and Aya Nappa 20 mins other way .I preferred Protarus nice easy going and not a bad size plenty to do try fools and horses pub good food and drink at a good price.Great beaches must say Konnas beach which is just up hill is fabulous .Hope this helps your choice.

Hair dryer and kettle need replacing! If it had a deep clean and some new linen, I would go back as it really was a great place.

property set in great location, rooms all a great size, pool lovely. had no issues with property. got lost on way there as really late at night and sign posting not that great on route. a car is definitely needed. lots of lovely beaches nearby. previous clients complained about noise from restaurant across the road, but we found no issues with them at all.

Our stay was like being at home away from home. The Villa was very clean and presentable. Our point of contact was helpful with explaining the operational features of the TV and DVD. The pool was clean on arrival and kept that way throughout our visit. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t have asked for a better all round villa. It had a good sized and well kept private pool and barbecue area. Which was perfect for the days you wanted to stay local to the villa. Plenty of shops, markets and places to eat less than 5 minutes away. Also around the corner from one of the nicest beaches I have seen konnos bay. Protaris is about 5 minutes the other way. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely use this villa again.

The place is OK, however we had some major issues. Firstly, you must understand that Cyprus during summer months is hot and humid. Even at night. That makes air-conditioning a necessity. The owner of the house placed timers for the air-conditioning units in the bedrooms. You could set the to shut down after 15, 30 or 60 minutes. That meant that during the first night we had to wake up every hour (in sweat), got up to restart the timer and got back to bed. As you may understand this was a torture and we were not able to sleep at all. Next day we demanded to remove the timers. The owner went ahead and got them removed, but unfortunately that did not solve the problem. The behavior of the A/C units were not consistent. They were still shutting down (not going to sleep mode...shutting down completely) after a random period of time (sometimes after 45 minutes, others after an hour and 15 minutes, 50 minutes, etc). The owner tried to fix the A/C's (called the maintenance guys) but unfortunately nothing changed after the service. So every night we went to sleep knowing that we will wake up during the night. The question was how many times! As a result...we barely slept for 4 nights. In addition, after the electrician removed the timers we also had a power failure when we started the A/C in one bedroom. So the electrician had to come back and find the source of the power failure and fix it. Another problem we had was with the refrigerator. It did not work properly and our stuff almost got bad. The owner did not believe us at first but thankfully after the electrician came the owner replaced the fridge with a new one. So that was ok. The water pressure of the shower was very low, but that is mainly because of the water pressure in that area. The house could have been cleaner, especially the kitchen and the kitchenware. We washed again whatever we needed to use. We came prepared, brought our own linen and cleaning stuff so that was not an issue for us. I hope that the owner heard our suggestion to change the A/C's in the bedrooms and that the following people staying in the house did not have the same issues as us. Overall, our stay was not good mainly because of the A/C situation and the trouble we went through. The owner did try to fix everything, but unfortunately we were still the unlucky ones!

Villa was stunning! Clean & well equipped. Only thing we would have liked is black out blinds, but otherwise, faultless! Area was beautiful, very quiet, as described. Restaurant across the road was just ok. Staff were lovely, but food not up to much. Lovely beach area just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend hiring a car so that the surrounding area can be fully appreciated.

Very impressed with the villa, can't fault it one bit, it wants for absolutely nothing. Area is peaceful and pool not overlooked by neighbours which was great. Felt very at home. Just wish we were here for longer....thanks John!

We had a very nice stay in the villa, the weather was lovely every day.And we loved the tarvana opposite the villa.

Well maintained, modern,clean and well within easy reaching distance of all attractions of protatas and ayia Napa. The local taverna is very friendly open all day and provides an excellent menu of both food and drink. The national park is a 2 minute walk and local the beach is konnos bay with a beautiful beach bar.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Villa was lovely and private and was hardly overlooked but could do with some updating with wifi and black out curtains in the bedrooms plus there was no microwave as stated - air con worked well. Unfortunately we also found the main road outside noisy at night but probably was much quieter than being in Protaras/Ayia Napa. We hired a car for the whole duration which we would definitely recommend just so you can get out and explore because there's not much to do within walking distance. The great thing about the villa is the location because Konnos Bay is the nearest beach and was our favourite - it's stunning :0) We also loved Kafkaros the taverna opposite - great food and run by lovely people. We will no doubt be back.
