The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The dishes that had been put away were not clean.

Great location, very clean, awesome rooms, good breakfast. Surrounded with a variety of dining options.

The bathroom door lock did not work.

The breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable

They didn’t have a real oven only a microwave oven that didn’t work very well for baking brownies

Internet worked amazing room was clean and ready for us we where even able to check in a bit early which was super nice it wasn’t noisy what’s so ever room had everything you could possibly need would definitely stay here again

The room itself was fine. However, the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. It was loud and couldn't cool the room as much as we wanted. Very hard to sleep soundly.

They were very diligent with Covid restrictions; the room was great for a weeks stay. We liked that they changed up the breakfast in the mornings. Surprisingly quiet for being an animal friendly hotel!

Everything. Room was clean. Bed was comfy . the AC/heat didnt dry out my mouth n throat. The shower was kinda cool ..never seen 1 like it. I happened to be staying during a blizzard and everything was A Ok!. Great location. Short walk to almost anything. Staff was friendly and helpful in all cases and interactions.

Coffee cut off at 10 am. I like coffee at all times but hardly something to complain about. O and the Pan in my room was TOAST it burnt everything I tried to cook. I could have asked staff for replacement nut just rolled with it.

Property was great! But the room heater was not working and the elevators were not working at all. It was a huge inconvenience for my mom and my dad since they’re elderly!

Facilities on property you were not working while. Heaters in the hotel room we’re not working and elevators were out!
