Das Hotel ist sicher und mit Aufzug und Garage gut mit Gepäck erreichbar. Das war es aber auch schon. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Spiegel und genügend Handtücher waren immer vorhanden. Man hat sich mühe gegeben gut zu renovieren und ein rebranding zu machen. Es gab Roomservice täglich

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, wurde zwar auf renoviert aber die Basis ist leider immer noch ein durchschnittliches Motel. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, die Steckdosen wackeln, das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen (kann aber auch nur individuelles Empfinden sein). Der größte Kritikpunkt ist, vor dem Hotel steht ein VAN mit Generator, welcher auch in der Nacht läuft und totalen Lärm verursacht. Laut Hotel steht diese schon länger da und man konnte nichts gegen diese Lärmquelle machen. Eine Reduktion der Zimmerkosten wurde mir leider auch nicht angeboten, weil das Hotel der Meinung ist es kann nichts dafür! Wäre ich das Hotel, hätte ich mich schon arrangiert, dass diese Lärmquelle einen anderen Parkplatz sucht. Ebenfalls sind die Preise überteuert und nur gerechtfertigt, dass es wenig günstige Hotels in der Umgebung zum Universal-Park gibt.

Las habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, tiene su caja fuerte y mini refrigerador. Detras de la recepción hay servicio de jugos, café, chocolte y té de cortesía, además de un área donde te puedes sentar a comer y un horno microondas. Nosotros ibamos a universal, y fue muy accesible en carro desde el hotel, unos 10 min desde el hotel. Se hizo pago adicional por parking en el hotel.

Todo nos gustó, sólo podría comentar que hay una construcción en proceso justo al lado del hotel y ya a als 7 am se percibe la perturbación, pero es temporal. Durante la noche es muy tranquilo, silencioso, y tuvimos muy buen descanso

Una cafetera en la habitación hubiera sido util pero no es un "dealer breaker". En el lobby ofrecen cafe, jugos y te gratis, pero solo nos dimos cuenta el ultimo día. Ojala nos lo hubieran ofrecido.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. We liked that they didn’t have carpet, the window with shutters was a nice touch because it didn’t need a curtain and the AC unit was clean. The beds were also comfortable.

You can hear every sound from outside, the room adjacent and above you. We heard the people above us walking, moving stuff around, and their shower running late at night. The room also did not include a microwave, so you have to go down to the breakfast area if you want to warm up anything.

Your front desk person Layla was Amazing! Her service and professionalism made the stay perfect. Out of all the multiple hotels I've stayed at over the years, she was the best by far. I will be returning to your hotel again, and will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family. Thank you so much! 😊
