Very clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

I liked the nice, bright mirror in the bathroom. 10 points! The hotel has a great walkability.

The hotel is in a very bad area. The hotel has great walkability potential. I would have walked to nearby restaurants except that in order to do that you must walk through a gauntlet of mentally ill and homeless people who can be unpredictably violent. My friend witnessed an altercation between some homeless people and she witnessed a man lying in blood and vomit at the bus stop - feet away from the hotel. The hotel also has a humidity issue. My room and my friend's room, both, seemed to be very humid.

Extremely comfortable bed, very clean. Delicious breakfast. Caring and accommodating staff. Conveniently located close to UCHealth and Denver Children’s hospitals.

The parking lot is a bit small.

The breakfast was excellent and above ample. Many choices and all were good.
