The property is conveniently located near Duval street.

We had trouble entering the house due to an automatic lock that wasn’t working because the internet was down.

Location location location. The house itself was pleasant and clean. Nothing I would stay for weeks but good enough for a short trip.

Obtaining the door code was a disaster. I started sending emails and texts to "the host" a day before my trip. No answer. I called and was informed by the machine that the waiting time to talk to an agent (VACASA) is over 45 minutes. I did not call. I drove to Key West hoping that someone read my emails and a representative will be waiting or I will find a note what to do. Nothing. I asked neighbors. They did not know what to do. I had no choice but call VACASA. This time the machine informed me that the waiting time to talk to the agent is over 15 minutes. Well....for me it was 45 minutes. Finally I talked to the agent, he gave me the code and we went in. All together we were waiting in front to the house over one hour. It was NOT a nice beginning of my vacation.

Location and unit lay out

Hot tub deck is dangerous boards falling in, small tiles hard to walk on bigger better especially for older individuals also son slept on couch and has extreme bed bug or chigger bites. We got a few bite, he will have to go to the doctor upon arrival home these bites are so bad. Also unit next to us used most of our parking with multiple guests.
