I think the only thing that was good was the location. The condo has potential if it was well taken care of and maintained.

The condo we were in must have been the poorest in the property. It was very DISAPPOINTING. First of all, I never received any info on which room we were in. I called and texted the host and the phone was turned off after the first ring. So I had to try the code on every room that did not look occupied until I found ours. As soon as we walked in the strong bad smell was overwhelming. My son had to spray it down. The fridge was dirty, the main bathroom sink was dirty, the 2nd bedroom lights did not work. The remotes for the televisions did not work. We had to use our phones as a remote. Then it stated we had to use our personal information on our apps if we wanted to watch TV. The floor was dirty, you could feel it on your feet. The comforter in main bedroom was dirty. The master bed was very uncomfortable, it made so much creaking with any movement. The sofas in the living room were so disgustingly dirty , smelly it was unbelievably disappointing. The curtains in balcony area were filthy and stained. I would never recommend or go there again. If anything I should be reimbursed at least half of what we paid. Lastly, there was a fee for bracelets that we never received but were charged for. There were towing signs everywhere. When texted host the following day, they mentioned they never tow in area but other condo guest all had parking permits on windshields. So we were very uneasy every night not knowing if our vehicle would be towed. Forget to mention the roaches and crickets.

I was able to call for questions, and he picked up on the first ring every time.

It was a challenge checking out by 10 a.m. on the last day. But we knew that was checkout time at the time of reservation.

They manager cancel on us. We request to cancel 5 minutes after we booked because they didn't have any more available for the rest of the family. It was 4 families coming. On the app said that they were going to charge the whole think no money back so I kept the reservation we called him and he told us no that they were not going to refund the money even tho that we told him the family was going to split he didn't care he just wanted the money so we told him we keep it. He said to send our cars info and DL photo to their # 3 days before the trip. We did and my husband call him for him to send us the info in how to get in he never send info. But I have a pin # on the booking app so I'm thinking that is the pin to get in. We arrived to South padre and we call him and he told us that he cancel it we ask him why he didn't let us know and he told us that we ask him to cancel he was a real @#@ he got a very bad attitude and he just said that he rent it to somebody else. I spend 3 times more of what I was planning. This is not fare for a family that is trying to have a good time with the family and that we work so hard to do a little vacation and we have to charge our credit cards to be able to make it happen. 😐😢 it was so disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this condominiums at all. He said he was the manager but he was very ugly and rude. I wish I can do something for him to pay all the extra money we pay for this. And not only that but the little fight I got with my husband and a whole day trying to find somewhere to go everything was booked. We stay on one hotel one day and have to move to another one for the rest of the trip. We missed almost 2 days out of 4 days So disappointing 😞😕

Location and pool.

Owner has not taken care of property. Many items in property are broken. Beds are broken and on floor. Lights in kitchen open broken. Using portable ac unit piped out thru window. Broken door on microwave. Broken toilet paper fixtures. Dripping sinks. Inadequate towels. Not evern close to property advertised! Renter BEWARE!!!
