The pullout bed needs to be replaced. We had 6 people with us so two had to use the pullout but we ended up going to Walmart and buying a air mattress. THE PULLOUT IS NOT USEABLE! Needs to be replaced immediately. Needs to have actual pots and pans for a family to use. Oven needs to be cleaned desperately. Will not stay in the unit again.

Beautiful facility, close to everything.

The staff was appalling and the room was not very clean. specifically the bathroom.

Appartment 1305 was really dirty and we didn‘t feel comfortable at all. staff was not really helpful and nothing happened after we complained and asked for an extra cleaning

Excellent location on the beach, love the hotel itself, friendly staff

Washing machine was broken and they couldn’t get it fixed until the day before we left, air didn’t work for the majority of the time, tv didn’t work in the bedroom.

I liked the resort, the friendly staff, and that it was in walking distance to so much!

The room had dirty beds and sheets that had love stains and blood all over them! And called the owner and she yelled at me that I had 1 extra kid with me and was threatening to charge me 200 bucks extra. The next day she brought new sheets that were just as disgusting I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy sheets!!!!

Location was awesome. View from the condo was amazing. Pools were wonderful. The customer service at check in was very friendly & took care of any issues immediately & answered all our questions.

The condo inside was very outdated & needs some updating.
