Apartment was spacious, clean and all feels quite new. Very good value for money. Great location.

They could tell people not to unload their things at reception before room assignment. Saw multiple cars loading and unloading.

We had a wonderful stay. Overall, this is a very nice, family-friendly place. Everything was clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids. The accommodations were comfortable for our group of eight, and we really loved the overall atmosphere. It is very close to the airport, which is convenient. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a great getaway!

I was disappointed that no breakfasts were available since the room had a kitchen. As a family-friendly place, it doesn't have a bar open until late, which might be a downside for some. We had some trouble with the AC, figuring out that since it's central AC, we had to open the vents inside each room, so it was a bit confusing. Also, it's somewhat far from Miami Beach (around 40 mins) and other attractions in Miami.
