The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The rooms are out dated. My phone in my room didn’t work the tv in my room didn’t work. It’s 2023 they need to update the amenities that go with this century.

One of my favorite places on the planet! I've been coming here since the 70s when I was a kid and my grandfather was a member when it was a private club - so excited that they are restoring it to it's original splendor :-)

Beautiful, vintage, 1930’s resort, gorgeous views, lovely room, wonderful bedding, great staff, the food was excellent, a gem of a place.

Location was nice on nice grounds
We booked online while in lobby because we couldn’t get the same deal at the desk (always book online, it really is worth it). Front desk woman said it would be at least an hour for confirmation. We arrived around 9 pm. So we went and got some food and check in a couple times. The final time checking in the front desk had her manager and told us they will not honour the online booking because of our small dog even though we enter pet friendly in the filter. They waited an extra hour to tell us this and now 10 pm. Horrible experience and they should not be included on this website.

I've been coming to the Otsego Club since I was a kid in the early 70s, and so glad they have revived it and kept all the amazing original 1939 charm - it is a true gem of Michigans Up North :-) <3

Gaylord version of a generational ski/golf resort, picturesque views, with quaint Lodges. Clean, no pet allowed room!
Exteriors are in bad need of repairs and sprucing up.
Rooms could use a microwave too.

Nice and quiet, outdoor seating was nice too.
I had to wait 45 minutes for my reservation to come in on their computer system.

We love the grounds and nostalgic feel of Otsego! this was our 2nd annual family trip and my 2 sisters come from out of state. Also the service in the round room for my dad’s retirement party was top notch. At first I was worried about the menu change but everything was delicious!
That I can’t play only 9 holes at the one course lol because time doesn’t allow it, I’ve only played the other course so far.

It was close to my daughters home
It was old, building needed repair and paint, bathroom had water damage.

Beautiful views over rolling hills and golf course. Cabin like rooms were very clean and comforyable. Golf coursr manager was very helpful and friendly.

Bed was comfortable
Was expecting on site restaurant and bar there was none. Sheets were like sand paper towels even worse. Very outdated

Four bed loft was just what we needed. Everything was in a very quiet setting.

The staff were nice
No wifi in the rooms. AC in one of the rooms was not working. Water was brown in color meaning there were rusty pipes.

Shower was a rush patch job. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Comforter was nasty and cover in brown stains

The room was huge! The beds were comfortable. The views were absolutely gorgeous! Staff was super pleasant. There was a little fire pit area outside of our lodge that was very welcoming. The pool was closed by the time we arrived at 1030pm but it looked very inviting.
Walking around the property it was a little sad to see an older cabin that was in disrepair. I would love to see it restored. Some stone was missing in the entry of the front desk building.

seems run down. poop marks in toilet bowl upon arrival after waiting extra time for clean up & room check in .

Our rooms were cleaned. The pillows and bed were comfortable. Staff was very nice.
The hallway had a bit of a smell and the carpet needs to be cleaned.

We arrived late because we enjoyed the alpenfest, the receptionist was nearly leaving but arranged some enveloppe with the keys for us.
The rooms were clean and the beds super comfy, the spot was also pretty cool
The fan in the toilets was a little loud, but nothing too bad.
The resort would need a little paint and renovation here and there

Very friendly and accommodating staff from the pro shop to grounds workers and front desk. Duck blind had great food! The lodge was open past 12 with a pool table foraye night fun. Beautiful views and can't wait to come back!
