Was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the night manager/owner(?) Sheets were bleached and the pillows were new-ish....for the price, this was my main concern.

Heating / A/C unit was so loud that it kept me awake the whole night. Wi-fi not the best. Bed caved in in the middle, but at least it was clean.

Comfortable bed and cable worked great. Clean for the most part. Central location for Newport activities. Great parking and check in was easy. We could see security cameras that worked which was a comfort although I wasn’t worried much. Overall the price is great if you plan on just sleeping and showering. We just needed a place so we weren’t driving home on NYE and it’s clean and safe so all you can ask for.

Small spot stain on the bed, bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Fridge was warm when we got there and took a very long time to cool. Vending machines were out and there was no ice box. Only got 2 towels but wasn’t such a hassle that we asked for more. So just a few things but for the price on a holiday weekend we really could not complain.

I only stayed for 1 of my 3 nights that I paid for. Internet was down when arrived and came on overnight. Was told TV part of wifi but there was no box etc for TV and was not a smart TV for wifi. Room had no phone, no clock, no radio and no coffee maker. Very disappointed

There wan't any breakfast.

We did not have any towels and had to request them in the morning. We left the card out for "maid service" and did not receive any. The back window did not stay open - essential since the room smelled excessively musty (bought our own air spray!) There wasn't even a box of Kleenex... Considering the price we paid for our first night - couldn't possibly recommend.
