We enjoyed this Villa so much! Pool hot tub, sauna! We will be back for sure!!

Overall we had a great time in the villa, it’s well equipped with pool, sauna and jacuzzi. There are 5 double bedrooms, although a couple are joined. Perfect for a group of 7 and a baby. The villa is in a quiet location, you do need a car to get to shops and restaurants. There is a small beach about 1 mile away. Lots of beaches within 10-20mins drive. Lots of good restaurants nearby, we liked Grizzlies near Calp. We did have a mixup at checkin, due to the normal person being on holiday, but she sorted it from Italy. Overall would recommend villa for a large family group.

Beautiful villa. We were a family of 8 (4 couples). We each had our own bathroom and privacy. The villa was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool, view, bbq, terraces were all wonderful. We had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommend.

The villa was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Pool and sun loungers were used everyday! Did a day trip to Moraira and it was great, loads of restaurants, shops and a beach. Great restaurants near by. I would recommend hiring a car, it’s quite a hill to the villa but we were fine with a 9 & 7 year old but wouldn’t like to attempt it with a pram or elderly (probably more the walking in the heat than the hill). Great villa, amazing holiday!

From start to finish, we enjoyed our trip to Benissa so much. The communication with the home owners was easy, efficient and friendly. Ulli was so sweet and helpful! The home had everything you possibly could need for a comfortable and unforgetable vacation in the most beautiful location you can imagine. I want to now buy a home there after this trip! I can't say enough good things about it! If you are thinking about it.....just do it! you wont regret!!

The Villa is very spacious with many shared spaces for friends to hang out. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the valley and the sea, the sunrises and sunsets. Secluded and quiet house at the end of a dead end road. Loved the sauna and the pool even in January. The owner has been prompt, incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Comfortable beds and very clean property all around. Highly recommended!

Großes Haus für min. 3 Parteien. Tolle Lounge mit tollem Pool. Immer wieder gerne auch wenn es Stromausfälle gab die relativ schnell behoben wurden.

Das Haus ist an einem Hang in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Küste. Besonders hat uns gefreut, dass unsere zwei Teenager im unteren Teil des Hauses einen komplett abgetrennten Bereich für sich hatten. Der Ort Moraira, der in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar ist, hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.

Our holidays were excellent, all commodities match closely with our need. If I could suggest just one thing, to add air conditioner in the living room and a ventilator in the terrace. Thanks

Alojamiento genial, estaba todo perfecto y el trato ha sido de 10

Es war sehr toll. Wir haben 2 entspannte Ferienwochen dort verbracht. Das ganze Haus, die Ausstattung, die Lage...alles ganz toll. Hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Terrasse mit Grill, die man auch bei Regen sehr gut nutzen kann, man möchte sie gar nicht mehr verlassen. Sehr bequeme Betten, eine Seltenheit in spanischen Ferienhäusern. Der Abschied ist uns allen sehr schwer gefallen. Prädikat sehr empfehlenswert.

Absolutely everything you need is available in this property for a very enjoyable stay. We were even able to enjoy a great nights sleep thanks to the comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. We could not fault this villa and the owner was courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Donal and June.

het is een prachtige huis Las Brisas na een fantastische week vakantie aldaar met een deel van ons gezin. Qua weer hebben we echt geboft afgelopen week, het was elke dag prima zonnig weer met tenminste een graad of 25. Dat betekende voor ons, ontbijten op het terras en de dag met een goed glas wijn ‘s avonds op hetzelfde terras in de buitenlucht afsluiten. Een week mochten wij genieten van dit huis. En wat een prachtig uitzicht, in 1 woord geweldig. Dat geldt overigens sowieso ook voor de omgeving aldaar. Wij kenden het gebied tussen Murcia en Altea redelijk goed, maar de omgeving van Benissa is zondermeer veel mooier en vooral groener. Nogmaals dank en waarschijnlijk tot snel. Die Villa bekommt von uns 5 Sterne weil sie für unseren Urlaub mit 2 Familien perfekt war. Wir waren Ende Mai für eine Woche zu Gast! Das Wetter war toll zum baden aber noch nicht zu heiß. Die ganze Villa inklusive Außenanlage ist wirklich super schön einfach zum genießen. Wir würden auf Jedenfall wieder Buchen.

We hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen een fantastische week gehad. Heerlijk groot zwembad, prima BBQ en zeer comfortabele nieuwe boxspringbedden. Daarbij de lekkere Spaanse zon en schitterend uitzicht op zee. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand. Wat wil je nog meer ??

Ruime, mooie, sfeervolle woning met fantastisch uitzicht en hartelijke beheerder. Er zijn meerdere terrassen en zithoekjes waardoor het ook met een grotere groep ruim voelt. omgeving is ook mooi en genoeg te doen met veel mooie stranden en de steden valencia en alicante in de buurt. Ik zou zo weer gaan!

Nous avons séjourné à la villa Las Brisas à 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 adolescents) durant 15 jours fin août 2017 et nous nous y sommes senti très bien. La vue mer est grandiose. La piscine de belle taille et profondeur est très agréable. La proximité des plages (10 min à pied), de Calpe (10 min en voiture ou à pied via le sentier écologique) et Moraira (5-10 min en voiture) ainsi que de différents supermarchés (3 à moins de 10 min) constitue un grand avantage. La grande terrasse couverte avec plancha et barbecue est très reposante : nous y avons passé toutes nos soirées. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de soin et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Quelques ballades à recommander : l'escalade du Penyon, le sentier écologique de bord de mer, Moraira, Guadalest, Altea et Calpe. En un mot : à recommander vivement. Un énorme merci à Pleun et Yvonne pour les bons conseils prodigués avant le séjour et les réponses très rapides.

Liebe Familie Broere, vielen Dank für einen wirklich sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Ihr Haus ist einfach fantastisch, super eingerichtet (sehr geschmackvoll) und sehr sauber, hervorragende Betten (der 1. Urlaub in Spanien ohne Rückschmerzen!), der Garten/Pool tip-top gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war selbst in der Küche alles vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. We had a very nice stay for one week this fantastic villa. Total of 6 adults, 4 children and 2 babies. Enjoyed the upstairs terass with fantastic views in the evening and the poolarea during the day. Relatively close to supermarket (Pepe La salle), approx 8-10 min drive. Ok restaurants within the same distance. The owner of the house was very nice, professional and gave a courtesy impression. If you are more than 8 people you need to talk to the owner about what kind of beds can be provided - I'm sure they will help you out. A great house (mayby not for children who just started walking and for elderly - due to the stairs and the three levels in which the bedrooms are situated in every level). Well equiped, fantastic views and a great poolarea!

What an amazing Villa!!! We all loved it. We were a party if 8, British and Spanish (4 teenagers and 6 adults, a mix of ages) and it was perfect for all of us. The Villa has everything you could need and is furnished beautifully. All of the beds are a very good size and very comfortable, we all slept well. The views were lovely especially from the balcony where we spent many an hour all sat around the table eating, drinking, chating, playing cards and laughing so much. The pool was absolutely perfect in every way. Very private and not overlooked at all. The villa is beautifully tucked away in the hillside. Nearby is Moraira which is a lovely little town with its beach and good restuarants and plenty of parking, we wished we had spent more time there. In the other direction was Calpe which is a much bigger resort with a long beach and plenty of shops and places to eat and drink. Further on is Benidorm where we visited for the teenagers and the water sports and a boat trip. We were always happy to return to our villa and step straight in to the pool. All of our best memories are of time spent at the villa. We all felt we lived a life of luxury and fun for the week and we all miss it so much and can not wait to return.

Mycket bra för en stor familj , vi hade en härlig vecka med mycket sol och bad.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit 9 jungen Erwachsenen in dieser tollen Villa. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern und der Hausverwaltung hat perfekt geklappt, bei der Ankunft wurde auch spät abends auf uns gewartet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr schönen Gegend. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft ins Grün und auf das Meer. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit diversen Küchengeräten, vielen Gläsern und Geschirr, überall gibt es gemütliche Sitz-, Lese- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Untergeschoss war gerade ansprechend renoviert worden. Die Betten sind sehr gut aus nahezu allen Zimmern hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Besonders toll ist auch der gepflegte Garten mit verschiedensten Palmen und einem Zitronen- Orangen- und Olivenbaum...sehr praktisch ist die Garage (z.b.für Rennradfahrer) und der Pool ist top! 100%ige Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is well places roght in the middle of many cities and villages where you might find the exact activities, excursions and resturants. I highly recommend this villa. The owner Pluen is very kind and very cooperative.

The villa has everything you need for any age to enjoy but do be aware there are quite a few steps in the property. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, so long as you don't mind a bit of a climb back to the villa! We all managed ok, including our 4 year old grandson! Do go, you will love it!
