The breakfast was terrible. There was literally half a bin of cereal available, coffee, and 1 yogurt in the fridge at 7.30 in the morning. Terrible. The bed was too firm. There was a lot of noise in the hallways during the night, hard to sleep.

The second morning the coffee machine worked, there was an abundance of jelly and cream cheese for our bagels. The room was big.

When we arrived the man at the desk did not greet us but stared at us until we said we were there for a reservation. He then coughed right on his hand, in the air towards me, and then took my card and my ID with that same hand. He gave me a pen (while coughing again) to fill out and sign informational paper. He handed back my card and my ID and said something that was inaudible. I said, "Excuse me?" He said my card didn't work and he needed a different one. This was the first time he talked to us. I was a bit crabby at that point because of his "friendliness" so I told him to try it again. Magically, it worked. He did not say anything else. He handed us our room keys with the number of our room written on key holder. He gave NO information about anything and did not say anything. Later, we realized my husband forgot his toothbrush. The bathroom has a little sign that says if we forget anything the desk will have it. When asking the man at the desk (same one) if I could have a toothbrush he didn't say anything and started walking back and forth and then left down the hall. He came back and said, "We're out." That's it. No apology, no conversation, nothing. Breakfast: The coffee maker was broken on the first morning. It looked like nothing had been put out but there was a bit of bread, a few bagels and a very limited amount of jelly. Many guests came in and turned around. My husband asked for cream cheese. The gal did not act like she wanted to help but she finally brought some out. The second and third mornings my husband and another guest filled the creamer and the lids for the coffee cups. No one was around to do these things.

Location was good

Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Very little selection and not fresh food.

Location, restrooms in the lobby, the kitchenette counters are marble and the bathroom ventilation is excellent.

The elevator is breaking. I feel like I'm rolling the dice with my life when I get in it. The pool is colder then it should be.

We were on the main floor.

1. Breakfast was awful, cold cereal or toast. 2. Dirty socks and underwear from the previous guest and food under the bed from the previous guest. Sheets on the be were stained, at least I hope it was a stain. 3. Only method of payment taken was credit card. 4. No dish soap or sink stopper in the room. 5. When the desk help was made aware of the "left" items in the room, only a "I'm sorry" was given. No offer to send housekeeping or discount on the stay. We left the room cleaner than what we found it.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, front desk was friendly.

Wish there were sheer or lace curtains behind the black out ones. Then you could open the curtains to let in some day light in the morning and have some privacy. Tolit paper holders are to close to the tolit. Breakfast was a little disappointing, nothing hit (waffles, pancakes, eggs, or ssg). There were bagels (but all had raisins in them), cold and hot cereal, oranges, toast and yougart.

Staff was AMAZING. Really helpful and attentive. Never had to wait and they always were helpful.

The kitchenette was missing key things like dish soap and pans. The beds, especially the sofa bed were not comfortable. We did not receive refills on coffee, dish detergent, etc.

It’s a great hotel.

The breakfast lady was super late to work, so that opened way late. We had to check out by 7 an, so we missed out.

The bed was really comfortable! It was clean, everything was in great condition.

The continental breakfast was okay. The only thing we could eat was fruit because Im gluten free.
