We had a couple of problems with the key cards. On one occasion they would not work on the front door to the property and on another occasion they did not work on the entrance door to our appartment

We were greeted by the cleaning lady with a bowel of fresh fruit , bottle of white wine and 2 waters. She was lovely. The only problem was we had breakfast included but had to message the hostess to get our breakfast cards. So out of 4 nights we ended up with 2 breakfasts. Location was wonderful. Highly recommend.

A great stay staff were so friendly water and wine in fridge bed very comfy towels and shampoo shower gel all supplied as well as tea coffee and fruit would definitely stay again great location on a busy street but hardly heard any noise highly recommend ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

The accommodation was modern & spotlessly clean. If possible try to get one of the top floor rooms as the terrace is huge & well equipped with seating. The location is perfect as you can see the harbour from the terrace & there are lots of shops & places to eat close by. The lady who cares for the apartments ( Olivia) was so friendly & couldn’t be any more helpful.

We loved it! Excellent location by the port. Room very well appointed, cleaned every day. Water provided daily and a bottle of wine at the start. The balcony was lovely and the double glazing insulated against street noise.

Only one very minor thing was that the lovely corner cafe below our room sometimes generated a bit of noise in the late evening, but to be honest, that is to be expected for an apartment suite so optimally located. so not a complaint.

Perfect location , amazing hosts

Alexandria and the rest of the staff are amazing. They are very accommodating in all areas and were responsive when issues arose. The flat was well appointed and the quality was top notch. Wonderfully convenient location that is close to just about anything you want to do in town.

We had some unexpected hot water and power issues that were a minor nuisance. That being said, the staff were always available to assist and were able to resolve the issues quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nival Luxury Suites. Having the balcony to lounge in and watch the bustle of the town below was such a treat. The place was super clean and the staff were wonderful and kind. Everything was just as we needed and more, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Chania!

Everything. The room was really nice, new and clean. The location is excellent around the old city, but the best part of it was the staff. The housekeeper was incredibly sweet and we got a bottle of wine during our stay too. Despite me generally having very high expectation to accommodations, they were for sure exceeded.

The staff were exceptional, rooms were roomy and comfortable and we really enjoyed the terrace in the afternoons when it was too hot to walk around. It was also just around the corner from the harbour so very well situated for exploring Chania.

The property is in an excellent location, very close to the harbour, within walking distance. It is in the old town of Chania which is excellent. The property was very modern, clean and had all the facilities you would need . The room was cleaned very well everyday and the staff were very friendly and would do anything for you. We were given complimentary bowl of fruit, wine and water in the fridge. On our departure we were given bottles of Raki. The bathroom toiletries were replaced everyday. The bed was very comfortable. Overall extremely comfortable well looked after accommodation and would recommend for anyone planning on staying in Chania.

Breakfast was at a very good local restaurant, but started at 9am. We booked ourselves on a couple of excursions which started at 8 am which meant we missed our breakfast which was included in our room rate. We were able to buy a coffee and local pastries at the bakery as the shop, less than 100 metres walk away from our accommodation which opened at 5 am.

Staffs are very friendly and kind. It is located in a old city centre. Easy access to many good restaurants and shops. Welcome water bottles, fruits and a wine bottle were served. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

The room was very clean. A/c was powerful. Water was hot. Location perfect (less than 3 city blocks from clinic offering required 60€ per person Covid test for re-entry to U.S. Room featured free bottle of wine, fruit bowl, and water bottles. Great 24 hour chef owned sandwich fast food next to the hotel. Fine soundproofing on windows and walls. Daily cleaning even under Covid protocols.

I was impressed all around. I don't have anything negative to note about this establishment. I would recommend that people reserve a room with a veranda as these are more spacious.
