big room,reception iranian was good and kindly big tv and close to bus station

poor breakfast,toilet was bad!not comfortable.some noisy,near to street and reception spoke loudly!

The bathroom was really horrible - needs bleaching out and new paint - water in shower was leaking out .

the property was great value for money. the area was very quiet and very close to public transport to venice. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great as an overnight hotel arriving from the airport, comfortable, 24 hour service, and very close to the bus stop to travel the next day..

Room maybe lacked a little ambience, but am sure it is a convenient hotel for travellers, no complaints at all. Very helpful man on the front desk...

Proximity to T1 tram service to Venice Room clean and tidy, hotel staff english speaking and great.

Some kind of fan constantly pulsing/buzzing elsewhere in the hotel.. noisy at night but on constantly.

Stayed for 1 night as late night flight into Venice. Bus stop approx 200m from properly (bus 19) takes you into Venice. 1 night was enough wouldn’t of wanted to stay longer. Facilities clean and bed comfortable - that was all.

An extra €25 was added on arrival as my daughter was 3 - despite this there was no cot or extra bed in room (nor the space for one) this extra payment was not explained prior. Reception staff quite rude and unwelcoming. Rooms small, if you were larger you’d never make it into the shower. Good for quick pit stop between airport and Venice but wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night. Very much no thrill.

The room was decent and clean, very close to the bus and tram station.

You must to let the key card every time at the reception when you go out. And bring back the remote control when you check-out. I never met this rule and I stayed in a lot of hotels.

Room with bathroom was nice, clean and cozy. Hotel has big free parking and 24 hour reception was great for early check out. Its close to venice airport.

Bed could be more comfortable (soft). Room was cold when we came, they could turn on heating in winter before we came in.

Noise outside is probably from the aircon, not really sure, but without earplugs you would not be able to sleep.

Location is good if you have an early flight from Venice airport as it's just 10 minutes drive away. Basic hotel. The room was on the small size although very clean, free secured parking. Staff at reception was nice and helpful.

The village where the hotel is located is pretty ugly. A couple of restaurants and bars which were not memorable to be honest. After dark everything is closed. Hotel is a bit dated and very basic (TV in my room was a very large screen but didn't seem to work) and shower head and box needed some TLC

The place is good, quiet

We noticed that one time the bed wasn't made, despite that the room was clean. Sadly, breakfast wasn't included in price, but near the hotel there was few restaurants with low prices of tasty pizza and cappuccino :)
