From the moment I spoke to the agent on the phone at Florida Beach Rentals, I felt confident this would be a great vacation. Every question was answered each time I called. Check in was quick and easy, everyone was friendly and informative. This Condo was fully equipped as advertised. The rental unit was clean and well furnished with necessary items. Location on the beach was amazing, views are breathtaking. The north area of Clearwater is less busy than further down the beach and we immensely enjoyed this. The personal touch of the beautiful bouquet of yellow roses was much appreciated. Our family hopes to return in the future.

Our family loved this place! Right on the beach, very clean, great pool, and comes complete with beach chairs and umbrellas.

Great location. Great views of the Gulf. My sister and I rented the condo for one week. We had a fantastic time and it was so easy to get around Clearwater Beach using the trolley service. We are already planning our return trip!

Loved the condo. Redtide ruined our trip. Was sick for 4 days. And the people above us were so dang loud. Sorry will not be back

Great time

Absolutely perfect location for views, beach access, stores, bars, park and restaurant. Very clean condo that was perfect for 2 young kids and parents.

The condo was clean and updated. Loved the space it provided. Also loved the balcony and the view of the gulf. You definitely need a car, which we didn’t anticipate. Also I was disappointed that we had to supply our own TP and paper towels. I normally expect basic paper goods to be supplied. (And there is no grocery or drug store around so plan on using a delivery service especially if you don’t have a car.). In addition, there will only 3 very, very old beach towels so we had to purchase beach towels too. There were bath towels however only a few, forcing us to do a few loads of towels.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was right on the beach with a great ocean view. It wasn’t too far away from the shopping and food. It was clean and updated.

This was a great experience for my family. We loved the condo and the location to the beach. It was a wonderful week!

We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed watching dolphins from our balcony and many beautiful sunsets. The condo was very clean and spacious . We were able to walk to many restaurants and to peer60 . Nice to have other transport available like the trolley, and Florida free ride, and Uber .Parking can get expensive and parking is limited. This condo does have free parking. Unfortunately there is s lot of construction noise near by which was heard from condo and beach. We understood the owner has no control over this. Some remodeling was being done on other units but this noise is allowed from 8am to 4 pm. But was a distraction . The condo was well stocked could use pot holders and fire lite starter for grill. We did enjoy our stay and beautiful balcony views .

Our family of four and my father stayed for a week in this lovely condo. Check-in was quick and easy and parking at the building was very convenient. While looking a little dated on the outside, the condo was fantastic on the inside. The two bedrooms were plenty to accommodate our party. Everything was convenient and easy. We were pleased to find plenty of beach equipment to use during our stay. The view from the condo was absolutely superb and was lovely to wake up to every morning from the master bedroom and enjoy a cup of coffee. When the beach got crowded, it was a great spot to stretch out and watch the sunsets. We were within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A few side notes: maintenance showed up twice unannounced but didn’t anymore after a call to management. Our 5-year old was able to pull an unanchored dresser over on himself (he is okay!), but management was quick to note that they would anchor it, so please check at the start of your stay. Please be aware that there was loud construction going on from 8-4 on a large condo building nearby. This was only a nuisance while at the pool and obviously out of management’s control. It never disrupted our sleep, but light for a young napping child in the smaller room. Overall, we would definitely come back!

Beachfront ocean view was spectacular ,condo was well organized and clean I’m coming back again I love this place.

My family loved this vacation! The condo was beautiful and felt like home. We will definitely rent it again in the future. There are a few things that need updated in order for the condo to be safer for children. 1. The mirror in the master bedroom needs to be attached to the wall so it does not fall. 2. It would be nice to have a bar for the sliding doors that lead to the balcony. It would add another level of security. Everything else was perfect! Anything we needed was there! This will probably be our go to spot in the future!

Clean condo, great location, awesome beach front view. Was perfect for two couples for 7 days. Only downfall was not being able to set thermostat lower than 72, we are used to cooler temps and not best airflow throughout condo. Overall good vacay rental, just wished it was cooler at night while sleeping.

Great location, very spacious. No issues whatsoever!

My family and I just returned from our stay at the Villas of Clearwater Beach. The unit was clean and ready to go when we got there. It was as pictured online. It was beautifully decorated and inviting. The property manager had a packet of information for us about things to do in the area. We walked to restaurants and even to Pier 60. The walk to the pier and the marina was just under 20 minutes. The condo was well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. The condo is directly on the beach which was great. The kids loved the pool. The bathrooms by the pool nice and clean. We had an assigned parking that was covered. We loved the views from the balcony and saw dolphins most mornings. We did have to contact the property manager while we were there but they were quick to respond and solve our issue promptly. It was a great place to visit and we would definitely return.

This rental had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The location couldn’t have been better and it was so nice to be able to walk right downstairs and onto the gorgeous beach. The condo was extremely clean and organized and we can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent customer service from every staff member we came in contact with. Very kind to let us store our luggage before the rental was ready, as well as, the day we left!

The beach and the pool were awesome!

This was a great condo for my group which was two couples. The layout was great with 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom at the front of the condo and the Master bedroom / bathroom toward the front. The location was great and we walked to many restaurants and bars within blocks. The Palm Pavilion was just a couple minutes to walk to. The Pier was 10 minutes or less. I would highly recommend this condo!

Fabulous view of the ocean and beach. Short walking distance to most everything you want to do. Would definitely go back.

It's a beautiful condo with a magnificent view of the Gulf, in close proximity to the beach. It's pretty good equipped, though kitchen utensils wasn't enough for 4 people. I highly recommend it. We had good time there.

Awesome location, unit was everything we expected with comfortable furnishings and one of the best locations on the beach, easy walk to best restaurants such as Clear Sky and French's Rockaway. Highly recommended.
