Logo no chek-in ganhei um upgrade do quarto com vista p mar , amei. Pousada tranquila , quarto espaçoso , limpeza diária , cama confortável, piscinas maravilhosas com vista p mar. Café da manhã bem variado .

location is ideal, the views are fantastic. the only comment is parking since the pousada does not have any finding space in the vicinity can be complex

Very compact so could be noisy in the morning. a shame the bar/restaurant was only open on 1 out of the 6 nights we were there. quite a lot of works going on in/next to the grounds from early in the morning! Room a bit basic- curtains were not black out curtains, no bin, no balcony furniture and only new towels every other day.

The location is nice

The room was not as advertised. It is advertised as a 5 star hotel but is far from it. There was underwear from a previous guest, the towels were old and dirty, toiletries were scarce, no bath rug, TV was tiny, the room had humidity on the walls, there was a terrible smell, etc, etc. When I complained, they told me they would give me a full refund. After three weeks of chasing them for the refund, I called Booking.com and found out they had placed a complaint against me for poor behavior which was an absolute surprise.

We had an excellent time in Pausada Praia João Fernandes. we could not have been happier! the staff is extremely nice. we had the most amazing breakfast everyday, the room with a sea view is the most amazing view we could imagine. the beach is really 50meters by foot which is amazing and you have 3 swimming pools available! extra stars for the rooftop where you can have lunch, snacks and dinner and João the chef is very kind with all his host!! we will definitely come back next year.

The rooms 8,9 and 10, are on bad location, they are on the breakfast area and the room is way smaller then the pictures, they are located on the pathway to the breakfast area, everyone from the pousada wake you up at 8am walking by,talking and music starts playing for breakfast. don't get the rooms 8,9 and 10. the other rooms are really up on the property.

Hello, I am very upset and appalled by the experience I have had at this hotel. I arrived yesterday and after a few hours there were many ants in the room when we went back. All windows were closed and the door was shut. We then requested to move room which was highly inconvenient but necessary. Today, after spending the day out of the room, we returned back only to find HUNDREDS of insects in the room. On the bed.. in the bathroom. It has really put a dampener on the trip and upset me and my partner. We are looking for full reimbursement and tonight in a room where we feel safe from the tons of insects that the staff seem not to care about. I have video evidence of all of these occasions.

Great location and setting . Multi-level layout with outdoor areas to relax . Staff was great and spoke English which was a bonus . View is from room 21 of the “new “ upper level rooms.

The upper rooms are in a completely redone house. It’s like having your own mansion. The pictures di bot do this place justice. It is nicer than they make it look. Absolutely top notch. They have a few kinks to work out but man it’s impressive.

The room wasn’t like the photos- it was dark, outdated and visually disappointing. It was not cleaned properly each day. The mattress on the bed had a natural lean to the middle (needs replacing) Shame the property does not serve alcohol
