Everything was good for one night

The hotel is close to the bus stop Beccaria Parmesan and can easily take number 6 bus to Venice. The bus comes every 20 minutes. The room is perfect for couple and budget friendly. There's a laundry self service just across the street if you want to wash your clothes during your stay. Side note: the room is not soundproof just in case you want to know. 😉 The staff are nice. We had no problem with our stay. 😊 Different selection of sweet and salty breakfast and a choice of coffee. 😋

We liked the location a little bit outside town but easy to reach Venezia. The contact with the managers was nice. Very friendly.

I was pleased by the friendliness of the stuff and the cleanliness of the place. Breakfast was nice as well and the location is very accesible to get to the Venice city centre.

The hotel was awesome. Very close to the city center. The bus station for Venice was nearby. The staff was very friendly. The room was very cozy, warm and clean. It has free parking and very safe. We had anything we needed. I recommend it.

Amazing information pamphlet given to guests with information regarding the local transport options. only twenty minutes walking to the station, right near the bus to get to Venice. Rooms were comfortable, a mini fridge would have been nice but it was fine without.

Some more vegetarian savoury breakfast options would be nice, but I understand Italian breakfasts are always sweet.

We booked a room for 3; it was spacious and of good size. The staff were extremely helpful and curteous. Location is just 15 to 20 mins away by bus from St Lucia train station and 20mins walk from Mestre train station and less than 30 mins by taxi from Marcopolo airport. The bus stop is just 5mins walk from the hotel and line 6 will take you directly to Roma Piazza where St Lucia train station is located and Venice main attractions. The neighbourhood was quite and safe. There were few supermarkets and restaurants around.

The pillows were very uncomfotrable and stiff. The rooms were not soundproof and you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and outside. The breakfast was very poor with limited options; mainly sweet pastries and minimal savoury items.
