Podrían ponerle un poco mas de onda al desayuno.

Más de lo que esperaba. Ubicado en la mejor zona. Desayuno excelente. Calefaccionado y muy buena ducha caliente.
Las almohadas no son tan comodas.
Traslado al aeropuerto no incluido, cuando en la.pagina de booking dice gratis.

Everything was exceptionally clean and worked as it should
Polite and helpful staff - offered to pack us breakfast for a 5:30 am departure, stored my luggage during my overnight trip to Machu picchu.

central location, good facilities
the heater was broken on the second day, but staff changed the new one for us. Breakfast in bag was so so quality. A bottle of water wasn’t included in the bag.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful, and the location is just perfect

They offered airport shuttle and reserved some great tours to Rainbow Mountain and Humantay Lake. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and included Netflix. I especially liked the hot water and shower facilities. In addition, all staff members were friendly and helpful. They also provided breakfast boxes for early tours. Overall, it has an excellent location and is highly recommended A++

The property was very quaint and the staff was incredibly nice. the gentlemen in the breakfast room was so nice.
We did not get clean towels, so they were pretty done after 5 days.

Amazing breakfast, kind and nice waiters, freshly cooked eggs every morning with a variety of options of drinks.

Great shower.
Very noisy at night.... across the street from a disco that played live loud music. The sink did not drain. I spoke to the hotel about it and it wasn't fixed. Room for 3 people I'd way too small.

The location, staff, breakfast, and bed were all amazing! The shower was hot. A great property overall. They kept our luggage while we went on a 5 day trek and also arranged a taxi to the airport.
The shower was a bit messy and would leak into the rest of the bathroom, although being hot made up for it. Also would love a stronger heater for the room given how cold it gets!

our room was spacious and comfortable, but involved three flights of stairs which was challenging with the altitude.
breakfast was really good though.
we paid extra for a room with a bath. although we stayed for five days, and talked to staff about it multiple times, we only had hot water for a bath once. the rest of the time it was so like warm we could barely jump in for a quick shower. also, three times when we returned from a day out, our room had been left unlocked, presumably by cleaning staff.
