House is nice, had a few small issue but nothing unexpected. Property Management was quick to respond.

This home was perfect for our two families who had daughters participating in the Triple Crown Sparker Tournament. It was a great location between our games in Loveland and Aurora. The owners were responsive to our needs and the home was well equipped, especially the kitchen where we prepared several big meals. Would stay here again.

This his house setup great for our purposes. We had 6 kids and 6 adults. The kids basically inhabited the bottom walk-out level and used those bedrooms and play areas while the adults stayed on the main floor. The house itself and property were in great shape. Instructions and requests from the owners were simple and reasonable. My only complaint is that there were no balls for the foosball table and only one intact stick for the billiards table.

The property was dirty. Game area has many broken items. Red aunts in backyard play area. Property was being mowed during our stay.

Your home was a beautiful place for me, my children and grandchildren to stay. I live in Thornton but in an apartment, so being able to have everyone under one roof was so amazing. Your home offered many amenities that kept us engaged and safe. Thank you for the opportunity ☺️

To enter the home the instructions were not written correctly. We had to change the door code several times during our stay because the previous codes wouldn't work. The PM was available and polite but what a hassle. The home was DIRTY. The PM send out a cleaner, but it wasn't much cleaner after. I cleaned all the toilets and frig, ect... Kitchen sink was dirty, dishes were greasy, utensils compartment was dirty, food was on the floor, trash in the trashcan, old food in the two refrig, Frig had smeared food on/in it, Toilets had poo on the lids, hair in the sinks, toilets and showers, clearly was not vacuumed (beads, hair, sticks, ect..), the upper shower and bathroom sinks had slow drain you're standing in 3"-4" of water. Shower water was not hot. Toilet paper was very little on the roll and no extra. Laundry was on the dryer. No towels in the sink areas. Dirty doors, light switches, tables (food). I would stay there again because of the size of the home. It had plenty of beds, allowed 2 dogs and allowed me to have my family come visit during our stay. I plan on renting this place in May but will talk with the PM to ensure the cleanliness and drainage issues. PM came to the home to get the TV's working. PM was available and nice otherwise I would not return to this property. Price was fair for the size and for the length of stay.

Owners very accommodating!!! We got into town earlier than expected on our arrival day, there was no problem with early check in, house was clean, beautiful and amazing!

The home was clean and well equipped for our large group of 10. Everything was as described in the listing. Communication with the owners was great. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Spacious rooms, with lots of AV materials. We didn't spend much time in the home as we were out sight seeing. Great kitchen and living room. Lower has a nice movie area. Great response from host when we needed to change the HVAC from air to heat. It is nice, but could use some overall maintenance.

Our family came from Oregon and Texas for a wedding on Sunday night. We had seven adults and five children. It was just perfect for a large family with children. The game room and theater room were great for entertaining everyone. They provided adequate bedding, towels, & a well stocked kitchen. It was perfect for our weekend.

House had what we were looking for. Four bedrooms and four bedrooms. Also bonus of many fun games like pool, ping pong and basketball. Along with media room. I would stay here again.

Our family arrived at this property during the summer and the house was quite warm. We tried to operate the nest thermostat but it was locked so we could not lower the temperature any faster. The owner/manager came back with a very rude and arrogant response and said they "Couldn't recreate Alaska." After traveling all day from Texas, it set a very poor taste for the rest of the trip. Also, there were cameras EVERYWHERE. I totally understand exterior cameras, but there were multiple cameras inside the house too. One of which was extremely intrusive and could see us while we were downstairs. Between an arrogant owner and intrusive cameras, I wouldn't recommend staying at this "Luxury house sure to appeal to those with the most refined taste" like they mention in their summary. Yes, house was convenient and had all necessities, but it was far from a luxury getaway.

We mentioned some issues and the property manager just brushed them off. It was a nice property but not entirely sure I would stay there again.

Great location and plenty of room for everyone. Upon arriving we noticed there were not enough towels and wash cloths for all. I sent a message and towels were brought over within 15 mins. Great service!

This place was a great spot in Colorado, so easy to get to a Denver, Boulder and only 20 minutes from the Airport. The neighborhood was beautiful. The house provided so much to do, besides a place to sleep and eat. There's ping pong, arcade basketball, pool table, home theater, big area outside to play ball, and grill to cook with. We had 10 of us, and it would be a stretch to sleep any more people. The kitchen has almost everything you could need to prepare meals with. Each bathroom was clean and had shampoo/conditioner, just in case you forgot. We definitely would book again.

This is a spacious home with attractive features for a family vacation: home theater, pool table, ping pong, modern kitchen, spacious dining room and plenty of bathrooms and showers. We had a great time there and the price is quite reasonable for all that you get with it. The only drawback for us is that it is east of the Denver area and we were hiking in the mountains, so the drive was a little longer than I would have liked, but then again, you could not get such a nice place for the price if you were renting over in the western area closer to the hiking. All in all my wife and I were quite pleased.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious home with our 6 kids. The basement amenities and the theater room were great to have after a long day of hiking and shopping. The location was great and close to the highway. We would def. stay here again if we come back to Colorado :)
