Nice, clean and big room, excellent location, friendly staff. Ideal for a week in Graz. The gym with a view was also great! In addition, you can admire nice art pieces everywhere in the hotel: in a hall, in your room...

This hotel is realyl an experience. A bit like staying in an art gallery. REally great. Also breakfast was excellent.

Location good, not too far from centre, since it is not in the centre streets are not too loud at night to sleep.

Boutique hotel vibe combined with all the standard comforts of a larger establishment makes for an unbeatable value proposition. Excellent customer service all around from the check-in receptionist to the restaurant waitstaff.

The immediate area surrounding Lendhotel isn't the nicest part of Graz, but is easily accessible to all the major areas that one would visit for business or tourism.

Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, great rooftop terrace, exceptionally helpful and nice staff!

The staff were great, especially Martina, the manager as well as Jan and Silke, two front desk staff that were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods and drinks. The decor throughout the hotel was trendy and smart. The room we had was great because we had a small kitchen that came in handy. Oh and great shower.

A very nice and clean hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. They gave us a nice room on the quiet side of the street. Breakfast options were amazing and it included loads of healthy and fresh food as well (which is rare for an Austrian hotel, since they mostly offer eggs, sausages and bread :D ). Although we had no time to use the mini gym or the rooftop bar, I find it really cool that they have that as well. :) The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the old part of the town and the train station. Anyway, highly recommended.

The location is good. Rooms are big enough and modern.

We could not sleep as 1. the beds were too soft and the pillows are bad 2. we had a big street lantern directed tight into our window and the curtains were not helping Also we could hear every person passing in the hall the breakfast was not to our liking. Fried eggs were bad and the grapes were not washed
