I like the location, value for money and great friendly staff

It was reasonable price and beach was nice.
It wasn't clean enough, and bad odor was coming from dirty water drain pipe. It messes bathroom air freshness. Waiters needs to improve their English lvls.

La playa y la animación.
La comida, nadie habla castellano. El comedor es muy pequeño, y el todo incluido, no cumple las expectativas. No hay snacks por las tardes. Comida y bebida de baja calidad. No sirven cervezas sin alcohol.

Un grand merci à Monsieur Tarek Said et le directeur de l’hôtel pour l’ accueil et possibilité de check out tardif.
L’hôtel est vraiment agréable je me suis sentie super bien en tant que voyageuse seule, le personnel est au petit soin et toujours prêt à vous aider
Merci également au directeur du restaurant et son personnel, très aimable et professionnel
A part cela, l’emplacement est top ( pas loin de l’aéroport ) et la plage est superbe
L’animation le soir ma beaucoup plu également !
Je peux uniquement vous conseiller de séjourner ici lors de vos vacances à charm cheikh !

TV was not working during our stay.

Ortamı,sakinliği,çalışanların güler yüzlü olmasından çok memnun kaldım. Yalnız bir geziydi ama 5 günlük süreçte hiç yalnız hissetmedim. Özellikle Aigerim hanım çok ilgili. Ufak tefek aksaklıklarda hemen yardımcı oldu.
Klimalar pek iyi soğutmuyor. Haricinde plaja yürümek gerekiyor.

Havuz sayısı güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi.
Odalarda tek kullanımlık terlikler yoktu. Odalar binanın yaşından dolayı biraz eskiydi. Klimalar eksiydi. Banyo çok temiz değildi. Resepsiyondakilerin akıcı bir ingilizcesi yoktu. Neyse ki bir günlük konakladık bu otelde.

La chambre spacieuse. Les belles piscines et la plage à proximité accessible à l'aide d'une navette. Le personnel agréable.
La nourriture de qualité très moyenne et peu variée.
La vue sur mer lointaine et masquée par des travaux devant l'hotel.
Le manque d'information à l'accueil. On ne savait que notre bracelet nous donnait un accès VIP.
Un surplus de 5 euros à régler au moment du départ. On croyait pourtant avoir réglé tout à l'arrivée.

The staff was really nice and friendly. the location of the place was amazing and the beach was great.
Make sure to try the fresh pasta cooked by amazing chefs in the kitchen.
The so-called warm pool was not warm enough.
The desserts were not fresh all the time.

Minden étel nagyon finom volt. Nagy volt a választék vegetáriánusként is. A hotel belső környezete nagyon szép volt és rendezett. Minden ott dolgozó mindig mosolygott, nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.
A hotel kinti környéke nem volt túl jó.

Actually every thing in this hotel is perfect like u can't find anything missing starting from the reception n how they treat u tell the beach n how beautiful n clean it is i enjoyed so much my stay there n i would go again of course an i wanna give a big thank to the manager MR. Waleed for everything thank u so much

Sea and beach was good,they have 2 big pools and these ones were also clean.Some staff was very helpful and friendly.Speacial thanks to Micheal who was working in the reception and helped us a lot
Foods are not that good.Especially the oil that they were using has a gas smell.Fish was good.Overall they need to improve their kitchen.
We traveled 3 girls together.It was annoying that they were constantly wispering turkish when they passed us.

The beach is very nice, also the pool.

we had many problems with our stay.
First this is supposed to be a 13+ adults friendly hotel but it is full of kids.
the food was not good at all and there were no variety at all.
the drinks were horrible, nothing was cold.
even water, u only get 2 small bottles each day, and when u need extra u have to pay extra 15 egp per bottle.
it was all over not the best experience, we only enjoyed the beach and the pool.
