First impressions were great, but the more you look the more you realize everything needs a good deep cleaning. Then, on my next to last night I saw a gigantic roach just sitting on top of the toilet. I know these things happen, but I couldn’t get that image out of my head the rest of the trip. Needless to say, I didn’t use that bathroom again.

We have rented homes at St George, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass but this was the best house of all hands down.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Home was fantastic! Carrabelle is a quite fishing village. Just what we needed.

What a beautiful home! Well equipped kitchen! The elevator made check in & out a breeze. Plenty of spaces for people to gather. Nice porch too! Bedrooms are spacious & well appointed. Quiet gated community.

The property was amazing. Having king beds and a private bath in all rooms made for a relaxing stay!!

From the moment we arrived, this river house was nothing short of magnificent. Everything was fresh, new and clean! For starters it's in a small gated area. It's a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and safe. The home itself is spacious, open and nicely decorated. It was immaculate and very clean. It has a nice refined, beachy feel. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and features newer appliances. The bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, bedding, Keurig, mini fridge and continue the beach feel. The home also features an elevator so people of all ages can enjoy the house and get around easily.We spent a lot of our time(mostly mornings) on the deck. The no-see-ums were out in force later in the day and deet was needed. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and enjoyed the river and bay.

This property is in an ideal location for visiting all the nearby wild and less wild areas - parks, beaches, lighthouses, historic locations, forests, rivers, islands, museums. So much to choose from. But it’s also a great place to chill..front porch on the river, dock to explore, sunset views…all you can ask for; plus the sleepy town of Carrabelle with its own charms. The house has everything you could ask for…plenty of room, lovely seaside decorations, well stocked kitchens (sharp knives!), lots of pots and pans and storage containers. Secure entry, elevator for heavy loads! Delightful property.
