Very clean ,well maintained

My husband and myself stayed at this property for 7 nights. Condo is in a great, quiet location right on Carrabelle River. We had everything we needed, plus our own private elevator was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend this property because of what it offered. In addition, communication with the owner was superb.

When we pulled up, we were very excited. The place was beautiful, clean, solid, and smelled amazing. The theme was great too. It was our anniversary and it was perfect for our romantic, cozy get away. I recommend staying at this adult only love nest, you will want to plan to return as soon as possible. Thank you both.

Very clean condo that is decorated throughout. The pictures are very accurate to what the property looks like. A very peaceful location and just what we needed for our short getaway. Everything we needed was here. The only negative was that we really wanted to use the kayak but the weather didn't cooperate. Everything else was great. Hopefully we have another opportunity to book again.

Such a great location. Love the close proximity to the boat ramp. Pool was nice and refreshing after a long boat day out to Dog Island. Favorite part is there are so many people who rent out their units, so it makes a large trip with multiple couples/families easy. We all have out own houses to go back to, but are all able to meet up at for meals, pool time, etc.

My wife and I spent two nights here exploring the area after moving our daughter into FSU. This property is perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway. Everything at this property is very well thought out and very well kept up. The property owner is very responsive, communicates well and sincerely wants those staying here to have a good time. We enjoyed the pool to cool down in the evening and found others staying there to be friendly. Our weekend was spent exploring the nearby towns of Carrabelle, Eastpoint, St. George Island and Apalachicola. We found good local shops, restaurants and even a few microbreweries. The state park on St. George Island is fantastic. This part of the state is becoming a favorite destination of ours and this is a perfect property to explore it all from. We will certainly be back!

It was our second time booking this rental. The location, the surrounding towns with food, and fishing options cannot be beat. The pirate themed condo and booking manager again made this the most enjoyable experience. The property is well maintained and safe. It is one of our favorite places to visit. We will be back!

This was by far, one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. I was amazed at how much they pay attention to detail and the pirate theme went above and beyond. It’s definitely on our list of places for a return visit.

The properrty is well furnished, short drive to Carabelle Beech, and about 20 minutes to Dt George Kitchen is well stocked. There was a bit of a noise issue with folks hanging out at the pool late, but nothing crazy.

Absolutely amazing experience at this place! It is decorated so perfectly but it still has a calm homey feel! Super close to the beach and very convenient! This place is a perfect 10/10! I highly recommend for a family vacation!

Overall, the host was amazing and communicates very well if you need him. It was peaceful and so relaxing! Location was close to all the areas that I wanted to visit and more! I could go on forever. You would love this place and I cannot wait to return to have another amazing experience. Thank you! 😁

EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING has been thought out by the hosts. From the bedside bottles of water to the chilled glasses in the refrigerator and the frosty mugs in the freezer to the charging cords all made our time at Hammock Time Too super enjoyable . Loved the pirate decor and the mantra “Work like a Captain, play like a Pirate”. Nice clean pool and deck, comfortable furniture and plenty of reading material to acquaint oneself to the local surroundings. Well stocked kitchen. If you are looking for a place to stay in Florida’s Forgotten Coast, this is it!

We had a lovely time. Cute theme, well kept property. Loved the little enclosed screen porch. Decor made it feel like we had our own personal tiki bar 🤗

We had the best time in this beautiful piece of Carrabelle! The home was super clean, stocked with everything you need, a fun theme and a great location. We relaxed more than we have in years :-)

We enjoyed our time there and appreciated the easy way to communicate with owner on recommendations for fishing and any needs we may have had.

The property was clean, quiet and easy to find. This is a perfect property for a couples getaway weekend and the hosts were fantastic. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed visiting all of the little towns up and down the Forgotten Coast. We visited Carrabelle, Eastpoint, Apalachicola, Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. You can make a visit here your own by doing as much or as little as you wish. Highly recommend this property and the area.

Great place for a fun getaway in Carrabelle! First time staying in this location and hands down the best I've stayed in in Carrabelle! Will be back!

It was nice and quant. Only concern was if I would run into rats in the home as was advised by owner could occur. I heard scratching in the walls but did not see any.

We used this property to house hunt for a new permanent residence. It is in one of the most beautiful places in the country in my opinion and this unit had everything we needed for a lengthy stay.

Nice plce, definitely for grown ups, laid out well and very well appointed. Had a struggle with getting A/C to change, but got it eventually. Bring your phone if you want to watch TV. Great place overall
