Perfect location and awesome owner.

So many things we loved about the property: the views! Loved the ocean from all bedrooms and all windows in the main living area. The cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, beach toys in closet were so helpful. The location of the condo is at the west end and therefore the beach is not as crowded as the resorts in the middle of PCB. The owner was extremely easy to get ahold of if needed. We love coming to PCB in September, less crowds everywhere- it didn’t take us longer than 20ish min to get anywhere. As a reminder for most anywhere you stay - bring extra toiletries and paper goods. The owners did provide plenty to get started with though. We always do a Walmart grocery pickup for the evening we arrive and it works perfectly. Parking was close, check in and out was easy. Elevators around checkout time on Saturday was busier as expected, but otherwise no issues with it being off-season. Splash resort was so fun for our 7 year old girl and twin 4 year old boys. They loved the lazy River, pools, covered splash area with slides, and of course the beach! The weather was perfect while we were there as well as the ocean. I love reading reviews and find them helpful, so just a few other things - we went to Thomas donuts 2x, 5 min drive from the condo. The kids (and adults) loved the Pirate Sunset Cruise - highly recommend for the views and entertainment. Our favorite restaurants we ate at were Dat Cajun Place and Wicked Wheel. Favorite evenings were spent on the beach!

We could not have picked a better place to take the kids to PCB. The condo was spacious, with a view/balcony from every bedroom. This is a 6th floor unit. The resort has a lazy river, outdoor pool, splash area with slides and water falls and right on the beach. We were connected to Alvin’s, a large gift shop and parking was great. I loved that we were not in the congested part of PCB and could access other areas so easily using side streets. We will book here again!

We had a wonderful time even though we had a double flag all week. The condo was great, thanks Rob!

This was our second time with the owner at a different property. He’s easy to work with. We had a great time and had everything we needed.

We had a great time staying in the condo. It was the perfect location for my family and I. Splash is very family oriented. Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from every room with our own balcony. Plenty of room for my entire family. We had everything we needed and more. One of the closest’s was full of beach toys and chairs for my grandchildren to use. Anytime I had a question and contacted Ron he quickly responded. When we come back to Panama City we will definitely book with them again.

This condo is a 10/10! Incredibly clean (cannot stress enough how clean it was - not a speck of dust was found), perfect location, and the beach toys/chairs/wagon/etc provided were an added bonus! Would highly recommend!!

With each bedroom having its own balcony beach view, it is a one of kind property. Definitely worth every penny.

Excellent experience

The room was as stated. We enjoyed our stay. It had all we needed along with extra items we wound up using. Our only complaints were the remotes were crappy. As far as the facility the elevators are a pain along with one of the pool attendants who takes her job way too seriously. I would book again.

The condo was the perfect location with gorgeous views! There were plenty of beach toys/chairs, even had a beach cart to lug everything down there. The pools were wonderful, wish the lazy river and kids water slides were heated.

The condo has one bedroom that is like a separate apartment. This was good as a grandparent suite.

The view was beautiful. Loved that it had 3 balconies. Could use new mattress in master bedroom.

Traveled with my son and his family (3 boys) for fall vacation. We wanted to try this resort and condo because we thought the boys would really enjoy it!! We ALL did!! Can not say one negative thing. We will be back!!

Vrbo makes it real easy

We came to Panama City to play in a softball tournament. We found this condo and we’re excited about staying at Splash for the water park and location being a little further from the main drag of PCB. The pictures of this condo were not what we walked in to. Upon arrival we found each shower and/or shower curtain to be covered in mold. The garden tub shower has a leak at the shower head where water comes out of the drywall. The bathroom floors were covered in hair as if they had not been swept prior to our arrival. The baseboards were filthy. Furniture that is shown in the picture were not actually there. The leather couch was very dirty. The refrigerator had a sticky red juice splattered all over it and the rugs looked as if they had never been washed. While we made it work for the week, we were very disappointed to have paid as much as we did to stay here and it be as dirty as it was. We won’t be back.

We had an excellent stay at Spash Resort. This is perfect for families with young children 2-6yrs. The condo was extremely spacious, clean and fit our family easily! Each room has a beautiful balcony, a bathroom for each room, and plenty of space to spread out if you need your own quiet time! The resort has a lazy River, a swimming pool, splash pad, and a play area with slides! The children had a blast. We always found seating even though it was busy. This was very much a family and kid resort. Do not expect quiet time at the pool or beach- this is a fun filled area with lots of kiddos to play with! The condo was quiet, as it’s a big corner unit. You are next to the trash shoot - this is a plus- you do NOT hear anyone using it. You also have enough hallway space outside of the condo for very sandy items and wagons. You also have a TON of hallway foyer space for items in the condo. It is very large and open. The views are amazing. The beds comfy. Tons of sand toys, boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, and a few beach chairs in the condo. Would highly recommend for families. Would give a full 5 star rating. Would definitely return!!! Thank you Ron!!!

Beautiful property!! We loved our stay. Only downfall was the elevator wait times. Beach was perfect and saw lots of wildlife from the balcony.

This condo is quite spacious with a perfect view as it’s a corner unit. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll keep this unit as one of our favorites for the future stays.

The condo was more than expected. Everything we needed was there that we needed for a great stay. Even if you forgot beach chairs, toys for the beach, etc., the owner made sure that these items were there to use. Would highly recommend renting from him.

The owner was very responsive and kind. We were quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit and the overall facility. Stained linens and sticky countertops and door handles. The owner is definitely not getting his money’s worth from the cleaning crew. The check in and out process is flawless. We also loved the keypad entry; no need to keep track of a key. Thank you!! We loved PCB, and once we cleaned the unit, we were able to enjoy this unit!

Great family vacation…location was perfect..three spacious bedrooms and three baths was a BIG plus! We will definitely consider again for future family vacations!
