Great location and friendly staff.

I’ve never heard “no” more at a hotel than this one. There was no room to eat dinner at the restaurant and no massage or pedicure appointments. The hotel gave no indication prior to arriving to make appointments or reservations for either of these facilities. It was a big inconvenience to figure out plans instead of having the convenience of using the hotel or being suggested to just use room service. The breakfast was lackluster for the money paid for it - in no way should adding an omelet add an additional almost $20 on top of the “continental” offering. It was also disappointing to be forced to use the paid garage because the outside parking was full from an event they were having. As a paying guest, there should be reserved spots instead of making me pay additional. Beautiful location and the on-site staff was friendly, but this stay was disappointing.

View was exceptional

Value for money wasn't what expected. Room was adequate but food service (room service and restaurant) where wildly expensive for the value. Ex: 1 steak w/, dessert, two glasses of iced water cost $90.

the bed was too small for two people, three pillows (very light) and one duvet for two people made it difficult to sleep. There should be two duvets

The view from my room was breathtaking. The Nespresso coffee with the accompanying creaner. The cozy and colorful room.

The breakfast spread was limired.

Pet friendly, nice spa. Electric charger available for cars.

The e-bike was broken. No air-conditioning in the room for a super hot summer day (>35C)

Gorgeous property. Comfy and spacious. On second floor, we had amazing views. Balcony was worth every second we spent out there.

The only thing, if you don’t have a car with you, Ubers into Zurich ranged from $20-50 USD/francs. Do not take a local taxi- it was $68 francs. But I still thought it was worth it to be “out” for perfect peace and quiet.

Amazing hotel with a stunning view! friendly staff snd great facilities. small playground at the hotel and amazing food in the restaurant. Very dog and child friendly in the hotel and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is amazing! and you can order whatever you want free of charge. rooms are modern and ok, nothing special but the balcony and view are amazing!

we visited in summer, the hotel has no airconditioning, this was quite difficult for us with a small child and a dog. Rushlikon itself is a bit boring, there is a nice park (green park) with many things to do. but otherwise you definitely need a car since the hotel is a bit excluded

The room had a balcony with a view of Lake Zurich. Very calm and beautiful. The room was comfortable, staff were very nice and breakfast was very good too.

I like the spa área. Very well located.. very nice staff, always with a smile. And that view 👌😍
