Only the staff are very helpful

Fixed the bathroom put more towels tissue paper mostly everything breakfast put some options that customers who stays in your hotel will appreciate it.

- the room, bathroom and linen smell reallyyy bad!! - bathroom door was so hard to open from the outside - i did not feel comfortable leaving my things inside the room :( - breakfast tasted bland. they served 2 very thin slices of ham (pretty sure it's from palengke), 1 egg and 1 slice of apple - mattress and pillows were so hard :( overall, it was not worth the amount we paid. it was way overpriced for the experience and comfort we got :(

The elevator is not functioning well. Staff from the restaurant refused to provide us with cutleries. Need to order from the restaurant. Juice during breakfast is food coloring in water.

Friendly staff always ready to assist. In particular Mr Brown and Mr Roland were very helpful. Meals were prepared for me when the kitchen seemed otherwise closed.

The standard breakfast was not very appetising. Small portions and bland tasting. Self-serve Nescafe coffee, and only with powdered creamer. Not what I expected!

Breakfast was horrible and tiny portions, half an egg at most with worst rice I’ve ever had. Room was small and cramped. We was charged extra for stained linens that was already stained before we got here.

Spacious room, has complimentary breakfast. Near malls and restos.

Everything.....friendly staff, adequate sized rooms, location to restaurants, malls. Walking distance to almost everything you need. Jollibee, Burger King, Greenwich, Robinson's Mall, Boss Chicken (eat all you can). Laundry shop round the corner..... Free breakfast (well I am small eater) so the amount served is just right for me....

Nothing to dislike...... Maybe the elevator could be spruced up a bit? But that's just plain nitpicking, overall the elevator serves it's purpose.

no soundproofing, we can hear people from the other room playing parlor games at 2am in the morning, breakfast is so-so, we tried to ordered lunch from their inhouse restaurant and nothing is prepared even after an hour, we had to cancel the order since they mentioned they are still defrosting the ingredients

Our stay was memorable, thanks to the hotel's fantastic staff, from Jordan, to the cleaner of our room, to the staff serving breakfast, to the staff helping us with the luggage and lending us a flat iron, to the Concierge, guard and other staff at the reception. We are a family of 5 (2 seniors, 3 sisters). Thank you NS Royal Hotel.

everything that you would want or need in a hotel. on-site food with free breakfast ( egg, rice, meat, toast and juice) not just toast , A/C, hot shower, elevator and walking distance to restaurants, 24 hr 7/11.

maybe could have access to ice for personal use. or fridge in room for cold drinks.

washroom is too old and tight. There was a cockroach in our room, feels like there was bedbugs. No water dispenser at the lobby at least. Breakfast was late and bad.

The location is great! right in the heart of the city. staff are very friendly and will help with whatever you need

the elevator was a bit scary seemed like it was about to break. the complimentary breakfast board was not updated so we were expecting a different dish, but something else showed up

Everything from the doorman to the supervisor (not sure of his position), Mr. Brown, housekeeping, front desk and of course the accommodating manageress. Oops let's not forget the kitchen staff and waitress.......wow!!!! It will be a crime to forget any of them..... No complaints......zero at all.... My go to hotel.......when my company permits.....
