Cute place not far from catches the bus 4L to venice. A spar within 6 minss walk. Room had air-conditioning. Staff didn't stay onsite, had an issue and had to ring them and this wasn't easy

The fridge didn't work. Cobwebs next to large cupboard.

It was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and also cleaned our room daily. It was close to a lot of good stores and restaurants as well as buses.

Really don’t know where to begin…. When you enter it hits you a smell of mold. It’s like you entered into a 500 year old house. Everything in the room is outdated and broken. The mini fridge not working in any of our rooms. I lost a medicine worth 80$ cause I couldn’t keep it in the fridge. The owner just raised the shoulders and smiled. I would not advise anyone to stay there. Oh forgot about the cockroaches 😡

This Villa is situated near the tram station, so it is very comfortable to get to the center.

1. Big minus is cleaning. Reception is full of dust. Room was not cleaned well, it was everywhere dust.. in the bathroom I saw rust and mould. What is good, they made our bed everyday and left new towels after 3 days. 2. In the room was very cold, no heating. But there were 3 warm blankets, so thanks that we didn’t freeze too much. 3. TV is super small and old.. 4. Receptionist who met us even could not talk normally, so we didn’t get what is he saying. And when he explained how to get to the supermarket it was something like: go left, right, again left, straight, right… omg we were new to the city, how you expect us to remember all this? and he came 15 min later than we came to the Villa. 5. Ah.. you don’t have shower gel… I mean you have, but kind of small testers that is obviously not enough. 6. Check out is a bit too early. Normally in many hotels it is 12, here is 10.30. Late check out doesn’t exist cause they are overbooked or probably just want to save money and time on a person who is cleaning rooms. Not to let him wait.

The design of the room is nice.

The location is great, the city center and a wide range of restaurant are within walking distance (10 mins), and so are public transportation. The check in and out procedures are easy and straightforward and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

The room was quite dirty, with the exception of sheets and towels. The couch, bed covers and curtains had stains and looked very worn, and so was the overall furniture. The bathroom was old and not maintained and the television did not work.

Some details were not up to the place (for example some power plugs were kept in place with tape)

An old house in a quiet neighborhood of Mestre, but only a few minutes walk from the center, many restaurants, as well as the T1 tram to Venice. The rooms are spacious, clean and warm enough, with beautiful old furniture. Check-in even after office hours is easy as long as you are able to call the owner for directions on how to get the key. Two or three cars can be parked in the backyard, which is a serious convenience in Mestre.

Refreshing and repainting will have a very good effect on the rooms.

Close by to the tram to get to Venice, nice cafe around the corner for breakfast Rooms fairly comfortable Some parking.

Very outdated, not sure how this can be classed as a four star hotel. No soundproofing so can be noisy, they don’t change bedding or towels unless you stay for 3-5 days which I think is very odd for a hotel. No breakfast provided. No toiletries provided. Staff tried to overcharge us when we arrived, although this was resolved. This was probably once a very nice hotel but is in need of some major renovating and updating with basic amenities should be provided.

The staff was friendly, she showed us what to do and where and she was very helpful ❤️ The room had air conditioner ❤️ Facilities and parking spot ❤️
