Das Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als wir abends ankamen wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns wurde angeboten einen Tisch zum Abendessen zu reservieren...welches wir annahmen und sehr gut essen waren. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und das Frühstück bietet eine angemessene Auswahl.

Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sehr unbequem und das Beistellbett war nur das ausziehteil des Sofas. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar eine gute Auswahl aber Punkt 9.45, 15 Minuten bevor das Frühstück vorbei war gab es keine Brötchen mehr und es wurden auch keine mehr nachgebracht. Wenn man nun also eher etwas später zum Frühstück kommt, hat man einfach pech. Bei 4 Sternen und dem Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. .

I have only good things to say about the hotel: not expensive, easy to find, easy to park, close to the center of Vicenza. I would not go by foot to the center from the hotel, but with the car is very fast. The room was spotless, the bed was super confortable with good quality linen. Also, the staff was very attentive, calling us ahead to see when we arrive so they make sure the reception will be opened upon our arrival. We did not try the breakfast and the restaurant, so no comments on this part.

spacious room with a large bathroom. very comfortable bed and everything perfectly clean. large tv in the room. fast working wifi. the corridors and elevator smell a bit old - maybe they need some renovation. nice area surrounding the hotel, but requires better development to make it look attractive.

a bit hard to get to the center without a car. hotel near a busy road. It turned out that there is a road on the other side of the hotel that allows you to get closer to the center on foot, but you have to figure it out.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and there is a possibility to have dinner on site

The bathroom in the room is not worth the four stars and the soundproofing is not good

nice well maintained hotel, located in a remote location of the city, close to the A4 highway, very friendly and helpful woman at the desk

the breakfast is typical Italian, with not so many options. if you are more used to the standard continental breakfast you could be slightly disappointed, as there are no veggies and only some apples. The woman responsible for the buffet started preparing the area for lunch/dinner well before 10:00, although the breakfast is served until 11. it was disturbing having her constantly moving around us with table sheets, table lamps and so on.
