Clean and good value

The area was a little sparse, but was close to my work location

We arrived late and reception was open. There was also parking available

Extremely noisy. People slamming doors, playing music loudly, and yelling after 2am. The airconditioning sounded like it was from WWII. Sheets were thin and cheap. Not 4**** or even near.

Spacious Comfortable Room, unfortunately we didnt get Double Bed, it was a Twin Bedroom. The partition was uncomfortable as I stayed with my husband. We didnt opt for breakfast and connectivity with public transport is at Bellaterra station which takes 40 min to reach city centre Catalunya. This train station is 700-800m from hotel by walk.

Very bad internet connectivity, just dont rely on their internet for anything at all. We complaint at reception but no help. Also the keycard was a problem, we had to get it renewed everynight when we were back at the hotel. The problem was our keycards didnt work due to some technical issue/magnetic strip. So everyday someone at the reception updated it for it to be used to open our room.

They do not offer bike rental, contrary to what is stated on the booking.com information

Clean hotel, air conditioning was a life saver in the summer heat and the train was less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel with a direct line to the city centre.

The shutters on the windows were easy to put up but I couldn’t close them. This meant the sun would shine through in the early morning as there weren’t black out curtains. The outside of the hotel was a bit dated and there’s not many facilities around the hotel - had to make the trip into Barcelona city.

They have a nice staff. I was happy to know them and I hope to come back again

I wish there were more options in the restaurant. They have a distinguished staff, but the options available for food are limited
