Hotel is fantastic. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good. Room was neat and quiet. If you are used to use the Metro and are not expecting a fancy neighbourhood with waking distance attractions, the place is what you need.

Hotel is cool.

Nice location and very close to public transport. A few good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Very clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was much smaller than expected. No proper amenities (no fridge, coffee machine, kettle, etc … not even a water glass on the bathroom). The bed was also extremely hard. We stayed for four nights and left full of aches and pains.

The air conditioning wasn't working.

The manager, Miriam, and staff (Sara, Mark, etc.) were excellent. We couldn't have wished for a more warm and helpful staff.

It would be good to have a mini fridge in the room.

no facility, no fridge, no coffee cattle, no any other basic room facilities in this hotel rooms. non cooperative staff.

Apartment was spacious and clean, with a dishwasher. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms as advertised. Condition of the space was generally good, though sparsely furnished / decorated.

It was not clear that breakfast was an additional charge of 12 EU per person. We spent over 70EU for our family of six to have a few croissants and coffee, which is pretty expensive compared to prices elsewhere for better meals. The location is quite far from any sites that we were interested in, though it is located close to the metro. We didn't know the city well so we didn't realize it would be so out of the way. Also the apartment unit which we stayed in didn't come with any paper towels, sponge, or basic cleaning supplies and there was no house keeping outside of every 4th day. No coffee table in the living room made the room feel very empty and less comfortable to relax on the couches with no where to put a drink or snacks.

Staff of the hotel received us nicely, politely and very accommodating. Facility and room was clean and we had everything we needed.

The staff was nice and helpful, there was someone to help you in the reception 24/7. The hotel was modern and looked nice and clean. Metrostation was nearby and easy to take, once we figured out the system.

It was not as central as we had expected, at least 1-2 different metrotrains to get to the attractions. There was much noice on the hallway in the morning, which kept us awake, perhaps the walls were just thin.
