Good hotel, ok room, panoramic elevator overlooking the city, good mattresses, close to the historic center, the receptionist spoke English very well, free parking on the street.
The rather small shower cabin can create a problem for people over 100kg, very good breakfast without hot food.

Very clean. The breakfast is really good and staff is kind.
I had to make a change in the reservation during my stay and it was complicated. They told me to do it with booking, with booking the option wasn’t available … that could have been managed differently.

Location. It was closer to Nidec.
The hotel is not well equipped with heaters. The room was chilled. Upon request, staff made lame excuses . No consumables. The king-size bed has two sigle mattresses instead of the same sized single mattress. Which was very uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the corner on a big bed.No iron box. No water. No coffee machine. No slippers. No hospitality.

We arrived very late after a late flight and were able to check in quickly and painlessly - the hotel is a short bus ride from Trieste airport. The room was quite and cool (summer with air-con) and we had a good night's sleep. We liked the neighbourhood and the town of Monfalcone.
Breakfast choices were limited but good enough. Only one member of staff was on duty for breakfast and he struggled to keep up with requests for coffee and the clearing of tables.

Location to airport and easy check in.
Staff were helpful.
Air conditioning didn't work and it was a terrible night sleep. Windows don't open much so was incredibly stuffy on a hot night. We couldn't wait to leave to get fresh air.
Bed was not comfortable.
