The apartment is modern and clean. There's a swimming pool. The beach is a 7 minute walk away. It's also above a supermarket that's open 7 days a week (from 9am to 10am and includes Sunday's & Bank Holidays) and on top of that right next to Campello train station. This apartment has it all! Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying in Pawel’s apartment for a month this winter. Pawel was very prompt in answering all of our questions and making arrangements for check in/out. Top marks as host. The apartment was exactly as promised, clean and in great condition with nice daylight and a comfortable balcony. The building complex is modern and well secured, with an elevator. Everything is nearby. Location is perfect. The Platja del Carrer del Mar area of El Campello, and the location of the apartment, ideally suited our needs. Steps to the El Campello TRAM stop allowed us to explore up and down the coast and make Alicante an easy excursion. Access to supermarkets (three within walking distance, including one in the adjacent building), and to the two weekly markets made provisioning easy. Preparing meals was a breeze as the kitchen was well equipped and when we wanted to go out to eat there was plenty to choose from either down the road to the waterfront, or in the immediate vicinity. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels available. Washer, and dryer were welcome for a longer stay. Even though it was winter, beach access was important and it was just a few minutes away. And while the pool was closed, we can see the appeal for both the beach and pool for summer visitors. Highly recommended, for any time of year.

Very nice apartment clean and well equipped, comfortable beds. Underground parking is handy if you have a car. The apartment is in a good location short walk to sea front bars and restaurants and a supermarket outside apartment. Pawel the owner is always very quick to answer any questions you may have, and the housekeeper Alexandra lives close by if you need anything.

La urbanización es inmejorable … el piso súper cómodo y amplio y ubicado a 5 minutos andando de la playa … hemos disfrutado muchísimo y seguro que repetiremos

We were both delighted to find that the property matched the photos and description. The owner (Pawel) was very helpful with the booking in the light of Covid uncertainty and Alexandra was on hand for help. We enjoyed our stay and rate both the apartment and El Campello very highly. We hope to return to both.

Tout s’est très bien passé, l’appartement de Pawel est parfait ! Bon emplacement, le logement est propre et très bien équipé et la piscine de la résidence est très agréable. Supermarché et tram en bas de l’immeuble très pratique ! L’accès à la plage est facile. Je recommande cet appartement !

Very nice apartment in a good complex and fantastic location..... Steps away from the tram & only 100m or so from the beach... Apartment well equipped, including chairs, cool box and other stuff for the beach for the kids.... Which was a first for me. We did leave a body board behind, so enjoy....👍🏻😎 Would definitely stay again... Loads of bedding & towels too... kitchen well equipped with washer and dryer also.... Getting around is very easy and cheap via the tram. Alicante 20 min one way & Benidorm 50 min the other.....All in all, a very pleasant 3 week stay.... thank-you

A 10 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants of El Campello as well as being on the doorstep of the team to Alicante. The apartment was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool in the complex was great for our young family - a very shallow end enabled our toddler to be independent and gain her water confidence. We'd love to go back to El Campello, it's quiet by comparison with Benidorm and Alicante, but has everything you need. The supermarket immediately downstairs was great as it meant that we didn't have to plan shopping trips when we cooked at home. Also, having a parking space was great, even if getting into it was a bit of a squeeze! We loved our holiday!

Very impressed with the apartment, it’s in a great location right above a supermarket, 3 or 4 minutes walk to the beach, a beautiful pool, parking, WiFi, what more can you ask! We loved the little extras that other rentals don’t have; for example Netflix (great for an evening in with a baby!). Owner was very easy to get in touch with and happy to help with anything, he arranged a cot and high chair which was brilliant (less to carry for us) and the housekeeper was great and waited for us until 2am to finally arrive (extremely late.. poor lady). Parking space is a big bonus too especially being in the centre of town. All in all, will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

El apartamento es precioso, las camas son muy cómodas y una cocina muy bien equivapada, tiene una piscina muy chula y grande. Además esta muy cerca de la playa, hemos recibido muy buena atencion por parte del dueño. Han sido unas vacaciones geniales con las peques!!Nos ha encantado el apartamento!! Geroge & Yang

El piso estaba muy nuevo, bastante limpio, es grande, caben hasta 6 personas sin problemas, es todo amplio, los baños también están muy bien, la cocina genial. La urbanización está bien, la piscina no muy grande pero cuando estuvimos no había mucha gente por lo que se estaba a gusto. Al lado hay unos columpios para niños muy chulos. Por sacarle alguna pega, echamos mucho de menos un microondas, aunque hay calentador de agua y leche, pero para mí resulta más cómodo un microondas. La playa está a 500 metros, no es mucho, más complicado si como nosotras, vas con 3 niños, silla gemelar etc porque el camino es en cuesta, pero bueno nada que no puedas hacer con un poco de esfuerzo. La atención por parte de quien te recibe y te recoge las llaves al final muy buena y flexible en horarios.
