Perfect location, great hosts, could not ask for more! Our family of I had wonderful week!

The cleanliness and style of the home was much appreciated. The outdoor areas were a bonus. The proximity to town and beach is fantastic. Our family truly appreciated and enjoyed your home.

Overall we enjoyed the house! Location is perfect, close to downtown and south beach. We rented bikes in town and biked downtown a lot. The neighborhood was very nice! The house was stocked pretty well and had extras. Lots of sitting spaces, inside and outside! The only complaint I had was the cleaners could have vacuumed better and we did wash the bathroom rugs. They needed cleaned. Everything else was very good!

This property and location were absolutely amazing. We rarely used our vehicles.....we were able to walk to Phoenix Street and the beach very easily. Loved all the seating areas both inside and out. There wasn't a day we spent at the beach that someone did not comment on the beach wagon the owners had available for use. Anna was so very responsive in any inquiries I made. We enjoyed the charm of SoHa......the shops, Wednesday farmers' market and the Thursday night riverside concert. Our evenings were often spent relaxing and chatting on the front porch after the little ones went to bed. I think our family would love a repeat of this vacation....both the town and your home.

A lot of options for seating for larger groups, including the lovely table on the deck. Patio with fire pit was great - we used it every night. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning. The location is excellent - short walk to the beach, town, and Kids' Corner park. Great bedroom for kids and master bed was super comfortable! Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful location, easy walks to the lighthouse, to the beach, to downtown, all in a historic, comfortable, gorgeous Victorian.

The property and house were very clean and the communication from the owners was very good and accommodating. We were very happy with the location as you you could walk to the downtown and the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 2 families with adult children and teenagers (8 Total people) and there was plenty of room for us. We loved the big front porch and ate most of our meals on the back deck with a big table and umbrella. As others have said, the house is well stocked with all of the comforts of home. This home is on a quiet dead-end street, but it is an easy walk to town, the river, the beach, bakeries, etc. We had one small problem and the owner responded quickly. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation!

Absolutely had the best girlfriend weekend! The house was amazing, great location, clean , tons of character , most comfortable beds. Highly recommend !

My friends and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. We were composed of 3 couples with a total of 4 babies and had plenty of room for everyone. We really appreciated the baby amenities provided, as well as all of the regular amenities. We also loved how close this home was to the beach and downtown. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that is a short walk to South beach, and practically in the heart of town. We walked to everything. The photos do not do the property justice in how impeccably and comfortably decorated it is, with plush bedding, ample towels, and a great deal of thought given to all the extras that made our stay a wonderful time and now a lasting memory. Our combined family's four teens abandoned their phones for games of backgammon, strolls to the pier, and s'more roasting over the fire pit. We will return!

House was a great location for walking to town, south beach and kids corner. It was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. We housed 6 adults and 4 kids it was a great week!

We had a great time at the Blue View Victorian. The house had plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 kids. The outside dinners at the table on the deck were very enjoyable and the house had all the amenities we needed for a great stay! Thanks to Anna and Jason!

Loved our stay over Memorial Day Weekend for a bachelorette party. The house was the perfect size and perfect location for both beach and town. Had all the amenities for making some meals at home. Plenty of space- bunk room was especially cool. Bathrooms very updated and nice. Would definitely stay again!

The house was super clean and well appointed. Our group loved the close beach access and the amenities.

Have been renting houses and vacationing in South Haven for the past 15 years, and have never had a house that had absolutely everything like this one did. Kitchen had every utensil or cookware that a family would need, and more. We certainly didn't expect a traditional coffee maker, AND a Keurig! The Cole's provided lots of extras that other homes did not provide. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. All appliances worked, bedrooms were comfortable. In the evenings we sat on the back deck to read, work crossword puzzles and have some wine. We enjoyed being close to the beach, marina, Black River Bookstore, and the shopping district. While some in our party took an afternoon to go fishing, my sister and I took in a movie at the downtown theater, and the cost was very reasonable. On our way out of town on Saturday, we stopped by the Farmer's Market and picked up a case of blueberries to take home and freeze so we have them throughout the year. We will definitely keep the Blue View Victorian in mind for future trips, and will recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue View Victorian. The restored woodwork and floors was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was the best. We liked being able to quickly walk into town or to the beach. We really enjoyed our walks by the channel. We will be back again. I highly recommend.
