The hotel was right on the beach as described but ... (see what didn't you like). The room was pleasant and clean enough and matched my budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Although on the beach, the tide movement meant it was not accessible for a good chunk of the day. The hotel menu was a bit limited and breakfast food was not kept hot well enough. The beach furniture (loungers etc) was of poor condition and not much use or comfort. Value for money wise, you get what you pay for.

Location, sea view from the room. Good restaurant. Good value for money.

Do not clean rooms unless you ask.

The location of the resort is a hideaway heaven for those who seek peace and real relaxation on Koh Samed having restaurant right on the beach with sitting area to chill out. The seaview room is amazing. Staffs are very nice, kind and friendly. I would return without a doubt and would also recommend this place for couple, solitaire or family who seek a private tranquil location with friendly staff. It’s a good value for money accommodation.

The coffee offered at breakfast is an instant coffee which is not really a real coffee unfortunately. Would be nice if the hotel would replace with a more real or nicer type of coffee.

No view from window except a concrete wall . No facility's, restaurant hopeless No only did they not have most items on menu but whoever cooks needs to do better. Breakfast dreadfull orange juice which is orange squash , instant coffee with powdered milk ,no fruit or cereal. . Sink hanging off wall in room, toilet stinks and dustbin men woke me up at 545am .

I don't recommend you eat breakfast unless you were super hungry. The location is far from all the beaches in the island. you need to rent a motorbike or a taxi to go to any of the beaches in the island.

You would smell the bathroom before you enter the room, we complained about it, and they send someone to clean\ fix the problem, but the fix was not good enough, we could not sleep all night because of the very bad smell and there was no body to complain to because everyone leaves at 8PM. you could smell the bathroom in the corridor before entering the room.

We booked the Sea View but they gave us a very poor room

There is'nt much not to like about he hotel ,staff are lovely and helpful,the food is good .and the Breakfast is excellent value. the beach is quiet and the water is clean .lots of fish to see in the water if snorkeling >

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fair.

Room location from beach. Room was not on the beach or even near the beach. Bedding was itchy. Maybe not clean or used way too much detergent. Same for bath towels. Room also had minimal amenities. No phone to call office. Sliding doors to balcony would not lock. Room was not what was advertised. Booked based on pictures and description of room… this is a true bait and switch. Left after first day. Did not ask for refund. Will not ever book here again.

The room was lovely and spacious and very clean on arrival, TV, views of the sea and good Aircon. The food was okay it was handy to have it right outside the room a chilled out stay away from the hustle and bustle of bangkok

I didn't like that you had to pay straight away for a taxi it was the only way to get up there 200 baht. You could walk if you had no bags. There were ants everywhere in the room, the shower was freezing cold also. The staff were friendly for the most part but every time I went and paid for drinks or anything they started speaking and laughing. There isn't much to do there unfortunately. 7 Eleven is a 20 minute walk back to the port.

It was nice and peaceful... Great place to chill out and relax without being harrassed by people selling stuff or offering to tattoo you

Unless you hire a motorbike you are pretty much on your own at present . There are several other resorts but they are all currently closed. Can call for a minibus but 200 baht to the pier each way, more if you want to go to bars/restaurants other side of island.

The staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. They made sure we had a fantastic time.

An English channel on the TV would be good 👍
