We came to Barcelona to spend a few days with friends, this flat is great, the terrace is charming and the access to the pool is everything. It is fully furnished and in perfect condition.The team of My Space Barcelona, very friendly!

We wanted to make a trip with friends to disconnect and enjoy a night alone. The experience was very positive as it is our way of forcing ourselves to make plans together. The agency helped us at all times to find the best flat for this type of activity.

Muy buen apartamento, tiene piscina comunitaria y terrasa bonita. Es un lugar cerca de centre ciudad pero es muy tranquilo. En el piso hay todo lo que nesesitas.

The pics are fake. Nothing works in this place. Everything is broken. My sister n law almost fell through the rotted upstairs floor. Downstairs shower head broken, sinks and shower drains are clogged up. The front door handle to open the door is dangling from the door. Refrigerator freezer is frozen over. None of the kitchen small appliances work. Toaster, coffee pot etc. The kitchen sockets are stretched out. Can’t use the plugs! The manager danced around it and said someone will be up to repair the door handle when we first came. He never showed up. The managers said that he has a list of repairs for all the apartments. So why don’t they get it done before they lure guests? I asked for a discounted rate and he said he’s forward to the owner. He never answered my last email. This place is very expensive for what we got. I was there for 3 days. Don’t go near the place. The place should be condemned.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with this company. Before booking the apartment, the staff was nice and friendly, always eager to help us solve all our questions and concerns; they even helped us book a transfer that waited for us while we did the check in at the office. The apartment was lovely and comfortable for our party, as we were 8 adults. The common areas were ideal for our group with enough space for all the tenants in the building. During the stay, they staff was aware of our need and requests. This was a great experience for us!

Pasamos un fin de semana muy bueno, nos gusto mucho el apartamento y los alrededores, la piscina incluso con el tiempo tan bueno que hace todavía en esa fecha por chiclana así que los niños se quedaron con las ganas, de lo demás todo estuvo estupendo.

We had a great time in Barcelona! The apartment was just like on the pictures, very modern and clean. Our hosts welcomed us very warmly and helped us when we needed them.

The apartment is perfect, and their terrace and the pool is also good, and stays in the great condition! location was perfect for us, most of the city attractions are close to this district! and very fast train station that can get you to Plaza de Catalunya for 7 minutes! Awesome!!

The apartments were big and to a clean standard the shower was great! Location was good we were worried how far it was into Barcelona city centre it was 8 euro for a taxi to Gothic quarter however it is in walking distance. Been a few times and enjoy facilities. It is ideal for big groups!

Kind staff. Great location. It was a bit loud in the street side at night but not a problem. Our daughter was sick the first day we were there. The front desk offered to call an English speaking doctor if we felt she should see someone. They were so very thoughtful.
