Tenta apartment with all facilities

We used the apartment as a base to visit family. We hired a car so can only comment as a car user. The apartment was nice and comfortable, everything we needed, nice balcony, quiet. It is ideally placed to visit Ayia Napa, Paralimni, Kapparis, Protaras and a short run to the north. Our 6 year old grandson stayed with us most nights and was very happy. Our contact with owners and agent was very personable and they couldn't help enough. Thank you.

It is a hidden gem in a quiet place. Very clean, functionally equipped and cozy. the apartment has a good location in the residential complex itself, not by the pool, where it might be noisy, and not facing other windows or walls. Peaceful garden view. We are absolutely happy with our holiday. Hiring a car was a good idea as there is a parking place.

Excellent property, communication and price. No negatives. Didn't use the pool as we went to the beach every day (not all day, way too hot).

This is not the first time we have stayed in this apartment complex. If you rent a car, then this complex is very convenient - very close to the local beach, close to the center of Paralimni, near the Metro supermarket with an excellent selection of goods and low prices. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay, there is everything like at home, even umbrellas and tennis rackets. The complex has a large communal swimming pool. I really liked it, we highly recommend it for listening. Thank you to the hosts for the opportunity to stay in this apartment.

Great apartment, well equipped for all our needs. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Immaculate bathroom and very relaxing lounge. Only negative was the lack of English TV, but after a few wines on the balcony who needs a TV ! The complex was kept very clean and we had the pool to ourselves. We do advise hiring a car as the main bars and restaurants are about a 15 min walk. Overall would we stay again, yes great value for the price. Many thanks to Marion for the great communication. I stayed with my husband son and his fiance , plenty of room , a really nice appartment .We hires a car as it is a walk down to the strip (Kennedy Avenue) but also this gave us the freedom to do what we wanted when we wanted . The pool area is lovely very big so not on top of each other, We did go september so this may be busier in the school breaks .Overall a very nice place would recommened

Beautifully decorated, clean, airy & spacious apartment in a pleasant complex. Easy access to the well kept pool & games area. Within 5 minutes walk to nearest mini market (5 mins drive to large supermarket) only 15 minutes walk into Kapparis (shops & restaurants) and 20-30 minutes walk to stunning beaches. We had use of a hire car and visited the surrounding area including Agia Napa, Protaris and Cape Greco. There are also plenty of reasonably priced excursions easily available, we did a day trip up to Kyrenia on the north coast of the island priced at €42 (pick up point close by) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Myself and my family had a lovely time here. Lots of space, lovely kitchen and comfortable living. A car is needed if you want to see the island. Information previous to the stay provided by marion, and she was brilliant help! Would go again! Thankyou! :)

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and found it to be like home from home. It has a modern decor, air conditioning throughout (vital, especially at night), a lovely balcony, and all set in a secure complex. There was wi-fi available by the swimming pool which was very helpful as we didn't use mobile networks while we were away. There was live football on the communal television, again situated by the pool, as well as pool and air hockey. The apartment was situated in a quiet area, but this was what we wanted. If you are planning to stay here, we would advise that you hire a car unless you are just wanting to stay very local in Kapparis. We received full instructions from the owner as to how to get to the apartment from the airport, and how to access the gates and locks. We would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again.

The Apartment was nice and clean and there were lots of videos for the children to watch. There were electric fans in the bedrooms as well as the A/Cs, which was fantastic. The apartment was light and airy and the balcony looked out onto nice flowering plants and shrubs. Bathroom was very clean, shower worked wonderfully. The neighbours in adjoining apartments were nice and friendly. Safe place for kids to go down to poolside on their own. Apartments surrounded by wall so safe and secluded from anyone driving past. All in all, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in the apartment and would definitely ask for the same apartment again. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils needed and there is a large fridge freezer. The apartment is nicely colour co-ordinated with bedding, towels and furniture. There is also a very nice TV. The apartment is of a high standard. We hired cars for the duration of our stay and when returning to the apartment, it felt like we were returning home because the apartment was so comfortable. My children has said that the layout of the apartment made them feel comfortable.

We stayed at the apartment for 25 nights. I am pleased to say that the apartment was a 'home from home' for us. The apartment was furnished nicely and there was everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. There is plenty of plates/cutlery etc, and it was really useful to have a dishwasher. The apartment is in walking distance to the centre of Kapparis where there is some nice bars and restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car as there is many great places within easy reach. We visited lots of beautiful beaches along the coast. We enjoyed wondering around Ayia Thekla market on a Wednesday and also went to Nicosia for the day. The apartment complex itself is really nice and kept very clean by the management company. The pool area is very nice and our children enjoyed playing in the pool. Overall I would recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus and as a good base to explore the island.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and enjoyed it very much. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were made uppon arival, there were plenty of towels, even some to take to the beach, in different colours, so they could not get mixed up. We used the washer and the diswasher and it was ok.The interior is nice, whoever did it, spent attention to details. There is some books and maps in the living room, so it was eays to get information. We especially enjoyed the tennis court and played every day. We did not use the pool but went to the beach a lot. We would come again, if we decided to go to that part of cyprus again. And we would recomend it to our friends.

My husband and I have travelled to Cyprus on several occasions and I have to say that this apartment did not disappoint us. It is well equipped and we were able to stock up on food and drink in the large fridge/freezer and then relax and eat out or in as the mood suited us. The location is excellent and this apartment, although only metres from the pool, is away from the hustle and bustle of its activity when you just want to relax. We ventured north to Famagusta this time and looked at the crumbling hotels in the 'ghost town'. We also visited Salamis (amazing but not so well preserved as many archaeological sites in the south). We will definitely return to this side of the island soon.

The apartment has all you would ever need. It's spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and not at all noisy. A car is a necessity as there are only a few restaurants / bars / shops within easy walking distance. If you have children who feel they can't survive without wi-fi, then you need to know there isn't any at the apartment, although the vast majority of bars and restaurants provide it free now. It's fair to say, that although there is air conditioning, each of the 3 units is on a 1-hour-maximum timer. A sensible arrangement, but one you need to get used to. There are standalone fans to help sleeping at night when the temperature is high. Sunbeds by the pool are communal, and are not identified by apartment, so any vacant ones may be used. All in all, we had a fabulous time at the apartment, and would thoroughly recommend it. Marion's communications are excellent, and she will go that extra mile to accommodate any additional needs.

Good, spacious apartment with a modern design, all necessary household appliances. Excellent cuisine (which is important for the holiday-makers with small children). The complex is quiet , compatriots there is little, mostly visited by the British. Good swimming pool, separate children's pool. In other everything is very well shown in the photographs. Its parking place. In five minutes the very beautiful beach ???????? Beach, a little closer there is a "Wild" beach where the rest mostly local residents. Because walking distance to beach, walking is not very convenient ,the need for the car is very high. Recommend to the amateurs of active rest not seeking to do all the time on the beach. Near the border with ?.?.?.?. managed to visit in Famagusta, Nicosia, Kyrenia. The result: optimal ratio of price-quality, ease of booking and payment ( Mistress, Marion, will always be ready to meet your wishes). One minus in the complex as long as there is no internet, but the assurances of the hostess of this question will be solved in the near future. Perfect place for couples with young children. The apartment is fully equipped with all new and necessary facilities one will expect to make you feel like home but away in an exotic resort famous of its golden sand beaches. I highly recommend it to families with kids that do not wish to stay in hotels where everything is controlled. Here you have the luxury to wake up at any time to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at any time suits you and your family. If you are bored going to the sea, the swimming pool within the complex it's just perfect.

This was our 2nd trip to Great Kings Apartments and must say we were not disappointed. We were there last May and enjoyed this trip as much as we did then. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It has everything you could possibly need. It is a perfect family location. The pools are amazing. I would recommend this to my friends and would consider coming back. Marion was very helpful and made the booking very easy.

My husband and our 3 year old son had a fantastic holiday at Marion's apartment. We spent most of our time in the complex itself as the kid's swimming pool was perfect for our toddler. We even managed a couple of games of tennis! We walked down to Kennedy Avenue most evenings to eat at the restaurants there, where we found a great selection (Greek Cypriot, Italian, Chinese etc) at reasonable prices. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, including DVDs, dishwasher, tennis rackets, aircon and beach towels. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be back in the coming years, as the area and the apartment were the ideal combination for our family's needs.

Had a great time in cyprus, the apartment was great, very clean and plenty of room for 5 adults. The complex is good enjoyed our time at the pool, even had a few games of tennis. The local town of Kapparis has a few good eating places and the beach is fine. A car is required

The apartment is lovely and spacious and very well equiped. The pool is of good size and has a nice warm baby pool. There are local beaches, shops and restaurants in walking distance however would recommend having a car if staying for 1 week+. Marion was extremely helpful and good at responding to any questions that which made the booking very easy. The only let down was the air conditioning as it was on an maximum 1hr timer so the nights were extremely hot!!

Accommodation very good, clean and just what was required. Possibly a grabrail would be a very good idea on the bath not only for the slightly infirm but in general. Mosquito blinds would be very useful as the air conditioning is on a timer and would certainly make sleeping more comfortable. Contact with the owners was very good, friendly and helpful. The only problem we found was you had to use the car for any entertainment. Local restaurants were good and friendly unfortunately It was just a bit too far to walk into Kapparis in the evening for a meal or a pint if a member of the party is slightly infirm. Having said that we had many an hour beside the pool and thoroughtly enjoyed our stay in Cyprus. Emergancy information could be helpful to some may be ie., local doctors, hospital no. etc you never know if either are going to be required. I would certainly recommend to friends and family the complex grew on you.

This first class apartment was even better than described on the website. It had every utility you would wish for and more. Perfectly placed in this well maintained complex. Both pools were excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to friends and family. In fact, we are planning to go back next year.
