The Mall Road connectivity.
The staff was hospitable and courteous.
The water didn’t seem clean enough. The bottles in the cafe were dirty

There is nothing which i liked about the hotel. Except staff behavior
I have booked this hotel by looking at pictures of the hotel provided on the platforms, but the Family room is pathetic i have booked this room for more than 6000 the rooms are so bad even they are outside the hotel. I have spoiled my trip by choosing this property. If you are a couple just book room with balcony thats it... hotel has no view and just one thing is good it has its own parking thats it. And kitchen is not working at my time so please confirm before giving them booking. My experience is 0

Property is just 70 metre away from Mall Road … you can go and walk anytym … rooms was good staff was friendly n helping
Property is little bit over priced as i paid 16000 for just 2 days stay … there is not more option in breaky in this price. limited items in breakfast buffet. They have to elaborate the menu.

Location of hotel is good, breakfast is also good, staff is humble & cooperative.

Room size was big enough. Buffet had limited options but was good. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Phones were not working in the room. Food ordered in the room was not worth it. Infact kitchen closes at 10:30 and mall road is atleast 10-15 mins walk and it's not safe at night. Housing cleaning staff was little reluctant. I saw them turning over the bedsheets rather putting the new one. On our 1st day comforter kept in our room was not even dry, it was wet and cold. Sheets were not clean.

The hotel is close to Mall Road on the other end. The rooms are clear and well maintained. Staff is also good, nice place overall.
Access to the hotel is a bit difficult as we had to get down at Picture place and the luggage was taken by the porters and the hotel sent a car to pick up. There is no access to cars in the Mall Road.

The stay was near the Mall Road and have very good amenities.
Prices were very high. In House Food was not upto the mark as per hotel standard and pricing.

Location was closer to Mall Road
Room was not clean at the time of check in. I had to basically say that I will check out unless I am given a clean room, to get an alternate room for myself. There were a lot of mosquitoes in my previous room. Very little food options provided for the breakfast buffet. The serving staff could not even get the food in time in the serving containers. Mattress quality was pretty bad. No kettle in the room considering the cold Mussoorie weather.

Good communication, clean and comfortable, nice view in morning, decent hot breakfast
Quirky appliances and TV. Had to call boy to room several times to get TV to work, AC to come on and kettle to come on (wall switch was upside down in last). Also no parking, so at Rs 400/day for a cab, price that into your plans.

The hotel room was amazing with big nice mountain view balcony and see through bathroom. The entire room and amenities were perfect. The place was clean and beautifully decorated.
The location is 2 to 3 kms away from mall road taxi / bus point and everytime I needed to travel somewhere, I had to do a tiresome long distant trek to reach taxi point as no vehicles allowed on mall road...

The location and Weather
There was no parking. Quality of food and Buffet system was not good at the amount of price per day which the hotel charges.
No facilities like gym or any other recreational activities.

Helpful staff, good location and good quality of food.
Washroom was not super clean and had a weird smell all the time, so much so that we did not want to use it.
Took a lot of time for food to arrive after ordering.

V close to the mall road and yet not noisy. Professional staff and most importantly the the air conditioning worked so well that winter nights were warm like a day in Goa.
