beautiful inside and great restaurant. clean and comfortable rooms they opened breakfast early for us because we were going on safari.

rooms were hot (had to ask for a fan). no mosquito nets. I think breakfast should be included with the room.

Shower is not hot ... Not even warm. The road is very noisy and difficult to block out. Breakfast staff are unfortunately not receptive, took 4 tries to get served tea and coffee. Toilet seat wasn't cemented down, kept moving. Towel rail missing from the wall Tea making facilities but no milk

The staff, I didn't get proper orientation on available amenities like gym ..also the room I was issued was so squeezed.

I got a perfect room, clean, quiet and comfortable. I had an amazing meal, best Tomahawk eve! Breakfast was ready very early and had a vast buffet to choose from, amazing coffee too. My only choice of hotel in Nakuru.

I enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff, best ribeye I have had in a while. Easy access, great jazz 🎶

Waterbuck hotel is rather old fashioned place. it is very agreeable to stay there, the various amenities are greta. The restaurant serves excellent food, the breakfast buffet is great, my boys loved it. It is plentiful and varied. We will come back

The food and breakfast was fantastic. The location was great and convenient because the mall is next to the hotel.

The need to do deep cleaning in the bathrooms tiles, bathroom,Sink and toilet because the stains are visible all over.

The welcome atthe reception was very warm and friendly with info given at the go. I got a quiet room as requested.the menu at their terrace is very extensive and the waiters were on point. Try the salmon..it's awesome..the pool are certainly made my day. I will be back

A longer stay perhaps.

The staff are warm, professional and helpful. The room I got was quiet and allowed me a good night sleep. The food was super extra,much variety on all meals,and sumptuous to a perfection. The location was next to the mall that allowed us break day and wonder around to explore. Will definitely go back to visit.

It’s a nice city hotel with all accommodations it’s a nice restaurant They have a bar … all okay!

We had to reclamation with the room but the customer care makes all okay! And this was totally uncomplicated 🤙🏼🤗

Everything was amazing.

We had a truly excellent stay at the Waterbuck hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a great authentic kenyan vibe. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed - we had a really very good sleep. The wifi worked perfectly too. The dinner and breakfast were very qualitative, with abundant buffet at breakfast and a la carte menu for dinner. The dishes were very good and made with love. The staff were super friendly, very helpful and genuinely nice. Big thanks to all the great staff, we felt very welcome. Location is amazing, in the heart of Nakuru. We walked to all the places. Nakuru is very safe. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and wished we had stay longer. We can only warmly recommend the hotel to all visitors - Thank You Waterbuck!!!

If i can make one suggestion: there are some stray kittens/cats in the hotel and they seemed very hungry. It would be nice if they could be fed 🙏🏼

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Waterbuck. The ambience was amazing and the food was great. The staff was also very helpful and made my stay more comfortable than I had expected. The amenities were also top notch.

Laundry and room services poor. Dirty bedsheets, disturbance in night as one of workers was in phone whole night with loud voice.
