close to the beach
poor sound insulation, can hear other guests, impossible to sleep, very simple breakfast, personal don’t know English good

beach front location was good.
had a power outage (understandable this is Sri Lanka)
but the power generator was out of order as well.
No tv in the rooms ( probably informs all guests that a complaint has been logged to the provider and will be fixed shortly but I’m sure that’s not the case- the property does not have such tv service)
property is littered with staff .. yet nothing is functional when it comes to the things that matters.

The rooms were modern, clean and well kept. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in attending all our needs when necessary.

Excellent location, right on the beach. we were only staying for 3nights but extended it as we didn’t want to leave Mirissa.
staff are all very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.
Beach front room has fantastic view of the sea and beach.
Bathroom lovely and shower was excellent.
Room a little tired looking, all it needs is a fresh coat of paint and it would be good as new.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting mirissa.

Highly recommended when coming to Mirissa! the Personal is very friendly and the Hotel is Directly at Beautiful Mirissa Beach. It was Nice and clean.

Location on the beach and the very friendly staff. Also one can use the swimming pool at their sister hotel Somerset Mirissa which is about a 4 minutes walk away up the hill across the road.

Amazing location with the friendliest staff. very helpful and kind. Lovely spacious room with sea view, very comfortable.
Nothing was not likable. the property is right on the beach but the sunbeds by the beach belong to a cafe the property ones are a couple of steps back in the garden but that's fine.

It wasn’t bad but they could maybe do a little work/cleaning around the hotel. But for me that’s not a reason to not recommend the hotel
