Good location, We had a great time there and will defend come again.

I would suggest to put more signs to find the entrance, so it was a bit hard to find the main door but anyway we really liked all about the apartment.

Great location. Right in front of cable car. Also very close to main bus stop, and a very short work to the town center.

everything else, the bed is really dirty, wifi has broken down for a long time but still advertise as with wifi available, customer service no respond on WhatsApp about wifi

other than location that it is very near chamonix sud. there is nothing else good about it. especially for tourist who is first time to france or chamonix.

roaches are there. bed are yellowish. sofa bed already bent. whole room is dusty. need to put the bedsheet by yourself. do not understand why this is in booking.com. worst stay i ever had in my life as tourist.

I booked the stay for my parents and brother. The house's interior was very cosy :). Great value for the money. Also, the location's perfect to reach the ski resorts.

Landlord refuses to communicate in the booking.com app, difficult to find the keys, difficult to find the parking, difficult to find the apartment, apartment is absolutely tiny (2x better value at a hotel). Almost a scam price.

The location is spot on! Having underground parking included made my trip worry free!

We were welcomed into stinky, dirty apartment. No one was even bother to tidy the room before we arrived. I have never seen anything like that before. Wet bath mat left in the bathroom, mess on the worktops, some body fluids stains on the sofa/ bed! The beds are not for sleeping just for looking at. We are not very picky; just spent a few nights in different refuges in Alps and I would definitely prefer to sleep in any of them than in this apartment. It is real disappointment as it could be a very small but nice place to stop if it was clean before arrival and had some good beds. I really would not recommend it to anyone!

Double bed is old, creaky and not comfortable at all. This was the first object between 30+ we booked, where we needed to bring our own towels and sheets.

The studio is really nice and well located.

I had to reach out to Anna several times to get the box keys number, then for the apartment number, then for the wifi. And most of all for the parking which wasn't opening so I couldn't use it at all. The informal whats app really long message she sent me the day before didn't answer to any of those crucial questions and I didn't receive any solution for the parking for example.
