Nice, clean condo convenient to North Shore activities, plenty of room for large group. Picture of room with futon is a little misleading as the room is open to the entire second floor at the top of the stairs and offers no privacy. Master bedroom is very spacious with large closets and bathroom and nice desk area. Driveway is shared by 2 other condo units and can get a little congested when cars leaving at same time. Well stocked kitchen and garage has plenty of beach chairs and beach gear. Easy check in and check out. Overall a very nice place and easy place to stay.

Overall stay was very good, property was well Maintained, only concern was one step on the stairwell was broken , trip hazard.

Location is great. Property manager restricts AC to 74+ degrees and discussions to remedy that issue and internet issues along with dreadful downstairs furniture was extremely disappointing.

The rental was spacious, but in a crowded condo complex. We had carpentry and construction on our unit most weekdays. This unit would be better for young people who were off sightseeing during the day. The unit is well equipped in spite of the lack of even one baking dish or a blender.

The house was wonderful. Well kept, nicely maintained, clean, supplied with beach gear, trustworthy neighborhood. The listing was as described, and everything we would want in a vacation rental. However… the neighborhood was unfriendly and quite frankly rude. We felt unwelcome as guests at the pool. Our kids could not play, splash, laugh or have any fun without being yelled at. I would not recommend this neighborhood for anyone with kids. It really was a shame. A great rental spoiled by the neighborhood.

House was well stocked with everything our family needed from beach towels, beach toys, all sorts of boards and snorkels. The layout worked so well for our family. The pool was lovely and a very short walk. Only wish there was somewhere to eat outside at the house for the whole family.

Our group was so happy with our stay in this beautiful home. We would have loved to stay longer but no availability. It was in a beautiful location and the service was very quick to respond when needed. They had chairs, boogie boards, ice chest and an umbrella that came in handy!! Definitely would recommend.

A great location…you could be as busy as you want to be with excursions not to far away. You could have a relaxing vacation with beach & pool. Everyone in a family or group would have something to do. The 1 thing I think should be upfront is that it definitely slept 8 people, but it stated there was 4 bedrooms, and it really only has 3 bedrooms & a loft that slept 2 with twin beds, that you walked through to get to the 3rd bedroom. It didn’t bother us, but to someone who thinks everyone is getting an inclosed bedroom may not rate it that well.

Our vacation was Our stay in Kauai was made exceptional by the comfortable accommodations in 27C. It had a great location, close to numerous beaches & shopping; and provided lots of equipment & toys for our beach visits. It had everything the 5 of us needed.

This townhouse is clean, modern and large with all the mod cons. Plenty of beach toys. Three lanais! The price is fair. Location in a dense residential community definitely isn't a resort but the pool and clubhouse with grilles is great and the unit is very quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to view waves, whales and sunset. Longish walk to Princeville Resort and stores, but doable. Suggestions: include some grille tools and more glassware. Floor fans would really help to supplement ceiling fans to avoid using the air con. Overall: recommended.

Five girls/friends/classmates stayed at this condo, celebrating our 50th birthdays.The condo was everything it was described to be on VRBO. The premises were clean, the neighborhood was beautiful, we had no issues, and definitely no complaints. We would all agree that this was a 5 star rental and would happily stay here again!!

Wonderful house in Princeville, close to all amenities and a step far from Hanalei

The house is nice and spacious as described. However, when we arrived, the pool was not under construction and roped off. I contacted the rental agency and let them know that I was very disappointed. We come to Kauai about twice a year and we specifically chose this rental because of the pool. We have 3 children under 5. Two of them love the pool and it is the safest place for them to swim/ learn to swim. We love the beach but since the kids don't really swim well, beaches are mostly for playing in the sand. The rental agent apologized and said that they had meant to notify us of the construction, but they had not ( which they admitted fault). The pool was off limits for 1/3 of our visit. It wasn't until I was pressed for a refund after several conversations, that they finally conceded to a menial. I told the agent that this was inadequate but nothing more was offered. I had notified the agent that I had requested a pack n play for our infant, it didn't arrive until day 2, still charged for it though. After two weeks of no deposit return, I texted the agent to find out where my deposit refund was. I was then notified that I would be getting charged for two garage door openers. I had notified them of a missing garage door opener on day 3 of our rental, but apparently, that was not acceptable time frame. I was also charged with a missing garage door opener that I swear, I left on the counter. I specifically remember doing the last sweep of the house, putting the garage door opener on the counter, exiting through the garage and hopping over the sensor as the garage closed, to meet my family in the car. This is clearly he said/ she said. But I know, that I left it on the counter. It is unfortunate that this house is managed by such a poor company. They lack customer service and they are dishonest. We will be back to Kauai, we most certainly will not stay at a play managed by Princeville Vacation Rentals.

Great vacation rental ... very comfortable townhome in the heart of Princeville. Lots of room for parking in the garage, excellent pool area and amenities, comfortable beds and reliable appliances. Can't say anything bad at all. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable here and the property managers are courteous and professional. Would not hesitate to rent again. Excellent.

This property worked spectacularly well for our family, 3 married couples and one 2 y.o.. If you want location, space, AC and pools this is the place for you.

Well kept, newer neighborhood, convenient to north shore activities, pool access

This was an absolutely stunning property and we enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and it's easy to get around. What isn't there to love about Kaua'i.

This place made for the perfect home base. Large garage, some beach toys and tons of space. Newly furnished, bright and light spaces with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We are coming back for sure! Oh, and thanks for the wine and chocolates! That was a nice touch. Aloha!
