Very comfortable holiday house in Pohara

Lovely and comfortable house, we loved our stay and hope to be back someday. The kitchen was the best equipped we have found (though a cheese grater would be a good addition!). The garden is completely enclosed so our dog was safe. Only minutes to the beach, and walks along the coast. Would recommend the local pub for food and atmosphere and good music.

Modern and easy care.

A great location, directly across the road from the beach (but on a back section) and a short stroll to the dairy for ice-creams, to a cafe for coffee or to a restaurant or bar for dinner. The beach was great for kids - shallow, lots of sand to dig in and driftwood and shells to examine. The house had everything we needed, and was clean and modern. I did think that the ad had said that there was a DVD player, but there wasn't. On the other hand, I had thought that there was no internet, but there was. The property manager was great to deal with. I had email issues on the way up and couldn't find the booking details and she sorted it out. She also organised the cleaner for us at short notice.

A great house to rent for the week. So close to the beach and surrounding attractions. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. Very happy with our stay.

Very comfortable in a great location.

For us, the property was conveniently situated and extremely comfortable,and for only two of us was an over kill-but we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we wanted and a whole lot more. The appliances were very up to date and easy to use. We especially liked the fact that there was no great string of do's and don'ts.

Beautiful and clean, well presented, comfortable with everything available, the only thing we missed was not having a blender but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again or recommending this property to anybody. Close to the beach for walks and a friendly cafe just down the road. Bliss.

The house was just what we were after, all the extra facilities were great. Very accommodating with being able to bring our dog.
