Location was great for us , close to a public car park. You need to colly the keys but it takes 4 minutes walking. The patio in the top floor has a great area for drinks on the sunset. Bed comfy.

We had some small issue with the AC, but I guess they know it can be a bit tricky so they sent us a video, Which got us sorted.

Very welcoming staff at their offices. They made sure we were settled and needed anything during our stay. The flat is just a few streets behind the cathedral. Right in the old town. Few minutes from the central market, bars, restaurants and shops. Yet quiet considering the location. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. Even a Rolser trolley for your shopping! Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning adjustable in every room. And the best are the 2 outdoor areas. One terrace outside the living room with view of the old town and harbour + rooftop as big as the flat with view of the cathedral. Ideal for sunbathing.

We had to leave at the end of the holiday 😊

There’s a few things that would make the apartment stay more comfortable: 4pm is quite a late check in time. Especially since you need to collect keys from the agency office after 4pm first then make your way to the apartment. We emailed and asked if it was possible to check in earlier as we’d arrived to Cadiz in the morning but didn’t get a reply from the agency. Air conditioner makes a loud vibrating noise every couple of minutes making it unusable at night. The washing machine needs replacing as it has an extremely violent spin cycle - it nearly broke the kitchen cabinets so we had to turn it off mid cycle. No tea towels in kitchen 2 small bath towels for two people for three days a bit stingey A note to tell you where all the outdoor furniture cushions are kept would be handy - we didn’t find them in the box on the balcony until the last day we were there :) Obvious to some people I’m sure, but we completely missed it Hopefully this is all helpful feedback for the agency

PROs: - Great location. Although central it is also very quiet because it is on the roof. - Amazing view. The terrace and the rooftop provide great view of the city from sea to sea, from sunrise to sunset. - Great size and equipped kitchen (mostly). - We lived and work remotely from the apartment. The internet was just fine supporting two people with remote work and meetings. There is also good internet coverage on the terrace.

CONs: - The furniture in the living room are old, dirty, and uncomfortable. We ended up covering them with bedding sheets. We stayed for a full month and it became very annoying not having a comfortable lounge to relax. - The keys to the place were annoying too and management refused to change it. There is one key only that required to turn a power switch in order to let the electricity function. However, we were two people, living and working a full month, and it was really annoying trying to always coordinate having access to power. The management staff was unhelpful when we asked for assistance with that by either disconnecting the power switch or giving us another key. Really bad experience. - To add to the key situation, the AC system is connected to the power switch which turn on the air condition every time you come in and turn the power on. At least during our stay there was absolutely no need for AC and it because a really bad experience running to turn it off every time you come in (and there is a delay). - There is something that supposed to be a modern mixed microwave / oven in the kitchen. There were no instructions in English and we couldn't figure out how to work it out as an oven.

The people were very friendly-all good with the visit, and my only 'constructive criticism' is to not send so many emails/whatsapps for the booking! A lot of repetition and too much information-I doubt if anybody would read everything!

Superb location for the type of holiday we wanted. Uncompromised apartment - every room a good size for its function. Wonderful roof terrace with stunning 360 degree views. Very good wifi.

Not especially keen on the opaque glass on the French doors. Could have done with handbook for the microwave/oven - controls not intuitive.

Cadiz Rental were super organized, clear with all instructions for the apartment. Very straightforward process.
