Jose was the perfect host. He allowed us in the apartment early and let us stay later on our last day. He greeted our taxi, took us to the supermarket and drove us to the airport when leaving. He is such a genuinely very kind man. The apartment is very clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is plenty of room for 6, there were 4 in our party and found this very comfortable. The terrace, balcony is lovely with amazing views of Santa Pola. The pool area is immaculate and appeared to be cleaned daily. Great pool, deep with a children’s pool and showers. The apartment is in a residential area so there is around a 45 minute walk into the centre of Santa Pola and marina. You can walk all along the beach , so very pleasant. We found the beach directly in front of the apartments had padalo’s and paddle boards for hire. There are no facilities close by eg shops, bars. There are a couple of restaurants but once in the centre there is everything you need. A taxi is around 10 Euro (28 Euro from airport). If you want to drive this apartment is ideal for a base for Alicante and all it has to offer. We would definitely recommend a stay here. We were all very happy with the apartment.

Toujours à l'écoute, prêt à faire plaisir et soucieux du confort de ses vacanciers, José Manuel et une personne agréable. Son appartement, spacieux, très bien équipé avec une terrasse vue mer fantastique est situé dans une résidence fermée. La piscine est juste merveilleuse lovée dans un jardin verdoyant très bien entretenu. A proximité du paseo et des sentiers en colline avec des vues mer incroyables ! Très bon séjour. A refaire !

Estuvimos este pasado puente de Mayo disfrutando del apartamento que cumple con lo publicado. Muy bien equipado, no falta de nada. Magnifica ubicación, tranquila y relajante con vistas increíbles. Los propietarios muy atentos a cualquier necesidad y aportación de lugares a los que acudir en Santa Pola.

Good apartment very clean with everything you would require for your stay. Nice size balcony with lovely view. Nice quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Owner was at apartment to welcome us and to show us where everything was. We required his help on one occasion during our stay and he was on the phone instantly and fixed our problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Le contact avec José Manuel s'est très bien passé, c'est une personne très sympathique et qui a pris contact au début de notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passait bien. L'appartement est confortable, il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. La literie rien à dire . Notre séjour a été agréable et nous avons pu nous promener sur le bord de mer.

Notre séjour du 10/01 au 15/02/18 s'est bien passé au gré des aléas climatiques L'appartement s'est révélé adapté au séjour hivernal prolongé de personnes agées Le propriétaire présent et disponible est remarquablement éfficace pour régler les petits problèmes éventuels. En particulier il a fait installer une antenne satellite pour nous permettre de recevoir les chaines françaises ( nous avions apporté notre décodeur canalsat ) A recommander

Un lieu idéal pour profiter du soleil l'hiver. Endroit proche de toutes les commodités, de la mer et des promenades. Manuel, le propriétaire est un homme délicat et merveilleux, toujours inquiet du bien-être de ses hôtes. Merci à lui.

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. The location is very close to the airport and to Alicante. Santa Pola itself has many amenities of its own including beaches, shopping and a nice marina area for eating. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is particularly impressive ideal for breakfast outside. Parking is also easy. We had a bit of an incident with the keys and the owner was most accommodating. He was also willing to welcome us to the property late at night. We would like to thank him for his trouble. Please note there are a couple of loose tiles in the living room and some carbon marks around the boiler which are a bit worrying.

El apartamento está situado en una zona muy tranquila. Buenas playas muy cerquita. La urbanización está a altura desde la playa pero hay buen acceso en coche y si subes andando, tranquilamente puedes hacer una parada en la piscina antes de subir a la vivienda. La vivienda es amplia y confortable. Buena ventilación y además de disponer ventiladores en el techo también cuenta con un aparato de aire acondicionado situado en el comedor y que refresca toda la casa. La cocina y el baño están equipadas con estupendos detalles como aceite, café, sal, especias, agua fresca, papel higiénico, gel, champú, etc. Sin duda alguna, la reina de la casa es la terraza. Permite disfrutar de la brisa nocturna, comenzar el día mirando al mar y disfrutar de una estupenda paella a mediodía. Como puntos a mejorar, los colchones de la habitación pequeña y sofá cama del comedor son suficientes aunque no tan confortables como el de la habitación principal. No obstante, repetiré encantada ya que la vivienda permite disfrutar de unas vacaciones familiares de playa, deporte, turismo y descanso. ¡Muchísimas gracias Jose Manuel por tu interés y amabilidad! El apartamento es muy cómodo, no le falta detalle. La piscina es preciosa y las vistas desde la terraza son maravillosas.

Nice clean apartment with shared pool and garden area access. Handy for the beach, shops, main road access and the airport. Owner waited for us, our arrival was at 0200 hours.

We had a great time. The owner was very helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and homely. The pool was lovely. The balcony was great too. Nice and shady.
