Breakfast was nice, room cozy and comfortable and location was very suitable, the restorans were very close and the old town as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it was very nice to have a bath.

The pillows was hard, maybe to change to soft ones it would be better. As we are from north countries, there were needed a blanket, there were just a sheets.

We have stayed a few hotels for this Italy trip but This one in Siena was the best. Not only about the pice value but also the staff's kindness and cleaness of our rooms are perfect! The bathrooms are pretty and gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again when we have anotehr work in Sinea.

It was phenomenal! We had two rooms for the price of one elsewhere, and the rooms were quite big. The front desk staff were friendly and provided us a great dinner recommendation as well as detailed directions to the city area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through Siena. And we have never had as good a breakfast like they provided.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally wonderful and helpful. My friend broke her ankle just before we arrived and the hotel staff arranged for a taxi to the hospital, provided information on where to get crutches, assisted at the breakfast buffet, provided everything we needed in the room and then organized a car and driver for us to hire to take us to the Rome airport when we were leaving. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible during a difficult time. Their caring and compassion was so impressive. I should also mention that the hotel was lovely and that our room was large, clean and very comfortable.

The hotel staffs were super nice and recommended a wonderful trattoria for dinner suitable for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The location is great steps away from the Siena Train escalator.

My wife and I had a short stay in Siena! The accommodations were just what we needed with great cleanliness and perfect overall conditions. The location was convenient, close to the train station and center of town. Checking in and out was easy, and the breakfast was good. The value for the price was also very good. Highly recommended!

room is good, a lot of space, the bathroom is good, it’s an old place but very well take care place.

the Wi-Fi is terrible, me and my friend we needed to work, download videos for our work and we couldn’t, and when she asked help for the lady of the reception she wasn’t so nice.

The hotel is very well located, next to supermarkets and just a few minutes walk to the historic centre. The room was clean and with a nice view. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Loved this hotel! The room was comfortable and the parking was easy. Within 5 min you are in the middle of shops and old town streets. Breakfast was great and indeed had a good vegan spread for the two of us who are vegan (totally worth it, the croissant, the ham, the yogurt, etc...).

Amazing location- great proximity to the train station, a fantastic pizzeria a few doors down, and a quick stroll into town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us in organising a wine tour. The breakfast consisted of a great selection of hot and cold food, the cakes were especially delicious!

I selected a single room option, and it got quite stuffy in the evenings.
