This is my first time renting outside of a hotel. And I must say. I was very impressed. It was exactly what I expected, and I recieved the privacy and warmness and security I was looking for(bcz I have two young children) and i was quite nervous at first. I would definitely rent from Kara/Kevin again. Thnx for the experience❗

The place is exactly as it looks. It's spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. They did well utilizing what kitchen space they have. Bedding and towels were nice and soft. The area has many stores and restaurants close by and convenient bus and subway stops. There is no laundry in the apartment but Clean Rite is really close and super clean. Super easy to get in and out and the owners are attentive and quick to respond.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this home! Comfort is critical during a 9 day stay..... The space was great considering New York. Super relaxing and the convertible bed/couch was very comfortable (even for me that I have a bad back). House is well stocked, not that I want to cook during vacation 😍. Hospitality/availability - the owners were very helpful before/during/after our trip. Very responsive and made this process extremely easy. Owners go above and beyond for their guests - thanks Kevin for helping us keep our family tradition w our shipped Elf on the Shelf!!!!!!🥰❤️🥰 Cleanliness- I'm such a stickler for a clean unit! Owners do a great job with keeping this place in great and clean shape.... towels, linen and blankets.... everything felt very clean.... you can tell the owners take great pride! Parking: plenty of street parking daily. Our family appreciated your warm hospitality! Thank you so much for opening up your home to us... Happy 2020!!! Jackie

Very nice and spacious apartment, we were two adults and 2 children. 5 real minutes walk from Utica subway station from which you go everywhere in Manhattan. The house is equipped with every comfort, even the pantry was already well stocked. Snacks were present to satisfy hunger after a long journey from Italy. Adjustable thermostat, customizable temperature. Air conditioners in addition. Excellent welcome in every sense. Great experience! Thanks for everything.

This place has beaten all our expectations. It looked really welcoming and nice on the pictures- reality was even better. The Appartment is really big and fully equipped, loads of kitchen stuff if you find the time to prepare a meal… We felt like home from the first minute we arrived. All the communication beforehand was easy and friendly. In the flat we found a lot of useful information for our stay. We liked the neighborhood a lot, and it was really uncomplicated to get around with Subway (A and C train to Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, Rockaways,...) and Bus (Williamsburg or anywhere else in Brooklyn) - everything really close. If we decide to come back to Brooklyn at some point - and I am pretty sure we will - this will be the place of our choice for sure.

A new and very comfortable flat, great location, Kara & Kevin made everything super easy, hopefully we will come back!

This property looks just like the pictures - clean and nicely decorated. It met all our needs and was a short walk to the subway station. We enjoyed our 7 night stay.
