My mistake, but too often room cleaning :) Kettle in the room would be good to have.

The room is fine and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The street is a very noisy traffic traffic vein that never quiets down during the night. The only source of ventilation is an open window. The breakfast is typically unhealthy and not very good. The hotel is not in Neukölln but in Britz out of the range of mobility services like Emmy mopets or scooters. There are very limited options of groceries, pharmacies, or cafés in the area.

Our family of 3 and 2 dogs had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. We were treated so very kindly from check in until check out. The Staff went above and beyond to help us secure a very nice parking spot to which we were very grateful. The Rooms were spacious and perfect for all of our needs. The very thoughtful treats they left by our Room while we were out exploring Berlin was met with delight from our son when we returned. It was great to have a park across the street to walk the dogs around. Breakfast was also plentiful and appreciated before heading out each morning to catch the train that’s about a 5 minute walk away. We will not hesitate to stay at this Hotel again on our next visit to Berlin. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Super clean. Located near the metro. Breakfast was really nice.

Wi-Fi in my room was quite bad and yet I really needed it. Duvet was unusually thin and single pillow provided was just as bad.
